Ադրբեջանցիները պատին «գրել» են, որ Շուշին չի կարելի թողնել իրենց

Ադրբեջանցիները պղծել են Շուշվա Սուրբ Ղազանչեցոցը, պատերին անելով ինչ որ գրառումներ:

Բաքուն Մոսկվայից խնդրել է, որ ռուս խաղաղապահներն ապահովեն իրենց համար ճանապարհ դեպի Շուշի, քանի որ բոլոր ճանապարհները հսկում են հայկական ուժերը: Ինչպես հայտնի է, եռակողմ համաձայնությունը ենթադրում է, որ պատերազմող կողմերի զինված ուժերը դադարից հետո մնում են որտեղ կանգնած էին: Այսինքն, հայկական ուժերը մնում են նաեւ Շուշիի ճանապարհներին եւ ըստ համաձայնագրի նրանք չունեն Ադրբեջանին ճանապարհ տալու պարտավորություն:

Կապահովեն ռուս խաղաղապահները Բաքվի մուտքը Շուշի, թե՞ կթողնեն  «անտառա-դիվերսիոն» ճանապարհի հույսին, որով թշնամին անցել էր հարավից մինչ Շուշի: Արդեն իսկ Ղազանչեցոցի պատերը ցույց են տալիս, որ Բաքվի մուտքը Շուշի թույլ տալը նշանակում է թույլ տալ Շուշի վանդալիզմի մուտքը:

Ավելին, խնդիրը շատ ավելի լայն է, քանի որ հայկական մշակութային եւ կրոնական ժառանգություն է ոչ միայն Շուշին, այլ նաեւ Դադիվանքը, Հադրութի շրջանի հուշարձանները: Այդ ամենը Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության ներքո ենթակա է վանդալիզմի:

Հետեւաբար, առաջանում է պարզ հարց՝ Ռուսաստանը նպաստելու է վանդալիզմի՞ն, թե մարդասիրությանը: Նույն հարցը  դրված է միջազգային կառույցների եւ Մինսկի խմբի մյուս համանախագահ պետությունների, նաեւ այլ միջազգային կառույցների առաջ:

Խնդիրն ընդունում են նաեւ Պուտինը եւ Լավրովը։ Պուտինը Ալիեւի հետ հեռախոսազրույցում քննարկել է կրոնական ժառանգության պահպանման խնդիրը, իսկ Լավրովը խոսել է ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի փորձագետներին ներգրավելու հնարավորության մասին։

Շուշին  պետք է հայտարարվի «մարդասիրական» կամ «համաշխարհային մշակույթի ժառանգության» գոտի, ստանալով հատուկ կարգավիճակ եւ ըստ այդմ լինելով հատուկ վերահսկողության ենթակա: Այդօրինակ մոտեցումներ պետք է դիտարկվեն Արցախի հայկական, քրիստոնեական մակույթի ժառանգության բոլոր գոտիների համար, ադրբեջանական ենթակայության փոխարեն:

Արցախում պատերազմը դադարել է, բայց պայմաններով, որոնք մեղմ ասած ստեղծում են վանդալիզմը սկսելու նախադրյալ: Պատերազմը չի կարող փոխարինվել վանդալիզմով, ռազմական աղետը չի կարող փոխարինվել մարդասիրական աղետով: Իսկ որ դրա ռիսկը միանգամայն իրական է, Ադրբեջանն իր ձեռքով գրել է սուրբ Ղազանչեցոցի պատին: Ադրբեջանցիներն այդպիսով Ղազանչեցոցի պատին պարզապես «գրել» են, որ Շուշին չի կարելի թողնել իրենց:
