Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների ստորագրած հայտնի փաստաթուղթը շոկային տպավորություն թողեց մեր հասարակության գերակշիռ մեծամասնության վրա: Եվ այս օրերին կան որոշ շրջանակներ, որոնք նույնիսկ այս փուլում պարզապես զբաղված են «ձեռքերը տաքացնելով»: Վերջին 2-3 օրերին նորից ակտիվացել են արևմտյան հայտնի շրջանակներից ֆինանսավորվող կառույցների որոշ դեմքեր, կամ, այլ կերպ ասած, որոշ «սորոսականներ»: Նրանցից ոմանք այս օրերին անցել են ակտիվ հարձակման՝ փորձելով պաշտպանել Փաշինյանի որոշումը, բայց և միաժամանակ առիթը բաց չեն թողնում «հարձակվել» Ռուսաստանի վրա: Պատահական չէ, որ երեկ ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովն ասել էր, թե Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցում Հայաստանին իբր անբավարար աջակցության պատճառով Ռուսաստանին դավաճանության մեջ մեղադրելը ամենևին էլ տեղին չէ։

«Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ կշտամբանքները բացարձակ տեղին չեն», - նշել է Պեսկովը: Իր հերթին ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան էլ նշել է, որ Ռուսաստանը ոչ թե լքել է Հայաստանն ու հայերին, այլ Ռուսաստանը նետել է իր բոլոր ուժերն այս իրավիճակի կարգավորման համար, նախ` քաղաքական, օգտագործելով դրա համար դիվանագիտությունը, միջազգային իրավունքը, բանակցային գործընթացը, այնուհետև տեղափոխել է այնտեղ իր խաղաղապահներին»: Մեզ հետ զրույցում մի շարք փորձագետներ կարծիք էին հայտնում, որ նման պարզաբանումները ստիպված արվում են նաև վերոնշյալ շրջանակների կողմից շրջանառության մեջ դրվող հակառուսական թեզերի պատճառով:
