«ԼՂ-ում հայերի դեմ Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի ռազմական հանցագործությունները չպետք է անպատիժ մնան»․ թուրք լրագրող

Սեպտեմբերի 27-ին Հարավային Կովկասում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դեմ Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի սանձազերծած պատերազմն ավարտվեց Ռուսաստանի միջնորդությամբ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև ձեռք բերված եռակողմ պայմանավորվածությամբ, ըստ որի՝ հայերը պետք է մինչև դեկտեմբերի 1-ը Ադրբեջանին հանձնեն իրենց հայրենիքի մեծ մասը, Modern Diplomacy պարբերականի համար հոդվածում գրում է թուրք լրագրող Ուզայ Բուլութը։
«Հայերի դեմ Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի ռազմական հանցագործությունները չպետք Է անպատիժ մնան» վերտառությամբ հոդվածում թուրք լրագրողը նշում է, որ «ագրեսորներ Ադրբեջանը և Թուրքիան պատերազմի ընթացքում բազմաթիվ ռազմական հանցագործություններ են կատարել՝ սպանել են խաղաղ բնակիչներին, այրել գյուղեր, անտառներ, ռմբակոծել եկեղեցի և թիրախավորել լրագրողներին»։
«Նրանք խոշտանգել ու գլխատել են հայերին, մահապատժի ենթարկել գերիներին։ Ադրբեջանական զորքերը նաև կասետային զինամթերք են կիրառել Արցախի դեմ՝ փորձելով այրել այն անտառները, որտեղ թաքնվում էին խաղաղ բնակիչները»,- գրում է հոդվածագիրը՝ մեջբերելով Human Rights Watch-ի` Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրականացվող ռազմական հանցագործությունների մասին բազմաթիվ զեկույցները։
Ինչպես նշում է Բուլութը, եռակողմ պայմանավորվածությունների արդյունքում Ադրբեջանին կանցնի Արցախի մեծ մասը։
«Քանի որ Արցախի տարածքի 60%-ը ավերված է, իսկ մնացած մասը շրջապատված է ադրբեջանական թշնամական զորքերով, շատ բնիկ հայեր, որոնք սերունդների ընթացքում ապրել են Արցախում, այլ ընտրություն չեն տեսնում, քան հեռանալ իրենց հայրենիքից»,- գրում է նա՝ հավելելով, որ Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած պատերազմը պանթյուրքական, էքսպանսիոնիստական նկրտումների, ինչպես նաև հայերի հանդեպ նրանց անողոք, ցեղասպանական ատելության դրսևորումն էր։
Հոդվածի վերջում Բուլութը արևմտյան պետություններին կոչ է անում պաշտոնապես ճանաչել Արցախը, «որպեսզի երաշխավորեն հայերի վերադարձը իրենց հինավուրց հայրենիք և կանխվի հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության ամբողջական ոչնչացումը բռնատիրական Ադրբեջանի կողմից։ Արևմուտքը պետք է բռնապետերին հասկացնի, որ իրենց ռազմական հանցագործություններն ու ցեղասպանական հավակնությունները անպատիժ չեն մնալու»։
