Քանի որ իսկապես հաշված օրեր են մնացել, ապա փորձեմ լինել հնարավորինս պրակտիկ ու լակոնիկ։ Տալիս եմ փոքր օրինակ Դավիդավանքի վրա, թե արդյոք հնարավո՞ր է պահել 9-րդ դարի մեր միջնադարյան հրաշքը։
Միանշանակում հայտարում եմ՝ այո՛։
Հաշվի առնելով, որ Դադիվանքը գտնվում է Մարտակերտի և Քարվաճառի շրջանների սահմանին, ապա հնարավոր է.
1. Պայմանավորվել ռուս խաղաղապահների հետ և նրանց վերահսկողության դիտակետը դնել Դադիվանքից հետո՝ նրանց վերահսկողության գոտին ընդգրկելով նաև վանական համալիրը։
2. Հիշել, որ դեռ ունենք արտգործնախարարություն և զրուցել Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ-ի հետ։ Հիմնավորել վանական համալիր պատմական, մշակութային և հոգևոր նշանակությունը և Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ-ի հետ ձեռք բերած պայմանավորվածությունն ամրագրել ռուս խաղաղապահների պարտականությունների մեջ։
3. Հիշել, որ դեռ ունենք մշակույթի նախարարություն և պայմանավորվել ՄԱԿ-ի, ՅՈւՆԵՍԿՕ-ի, մշակութային և հոգևոր ժառանգության պահպանման միջազգային կազմակերպությունների հետ, հիշեցնել, թե ինչ են արել ադրբեջանցիները Ջուղայի խաչքարերի հետ, և պայմանավորվել համատեղ կոչով՝ Դադիվանքը մտցնել միջազգային հոգածության դիտակետ։
4. Հիշենք, որ դեռ ունենք պաշտպանություն նախարարություն, որի ղեկավարության հիմնական առաքելությունը պիտի լինի ոչ թե հեռուստահարցազրույցներով Նիկոլին պաշտպանելը, այլև մեր հայրենիքը։ ՊՆ-ն և ՊԲ-ն պետք է զորքը վերադարձնեն ու կանգնեցնեն ուղիղ Դադիվանքի մոտ՝ ստիպելով խաղաղապահներին այդտեղ կանգնել։
5. Եվ ամենավերջում՝ դա հնարավոր է անել հենց հիմա նաև ներքին կարգով, ուղղակի պայմանավորվելով ռուսաստանյան խաղաղապահների հրամանատարի հետ և արդյունքում կանգնեցնելով բոլորին փաստի առաջ։
Սա որպես խորհուրդ ատելության վիժվածքների իշխանությանը և որպես փոքրիկ օրինակ տգետներին, թե ինչ կարելի է անել նույնիսկ հիմա։
Իսկ կարելի է անել աներևակայելի շատ բաներ։ Ու կարելի է փրկել բազմաթիվ «դադիվանքներ»։ Դրա համար մնաց 2 օր։
