Ինչ արտոնություններ կտրվի փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկություններին

Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանը մտադիր է թեթեւացնել փոքր եւ միջին ձեռնարկությունների ֆինանսական բեռը: ArmLur.am-ը տեղեկացավ, որ Երեւանում գործունեություն իրականացնող տնտեսվարողների համար, որոնց 2020 թվականի հարկային տարվա ընթացքում գործունեության բոլոր տեսակների մասով իրացման շրջանառությունը չի գերազանցել 115 մլն դրամը, 2021 թվականի համար սահմանված տեղական տուրքի դրույքաչափերի նկատմամբ կկիրառվի արտոնություններ: Օրինակ Երեւանի վարչական տարածքում հեղուկ վառելիքի, սեղմված բնական կամ հեղուկացված նավթային գազերի վաճառքի թույլտվության համար կսահմանվի 2021 թվականի տեղական տուրքի դրույքաչափի 58.34 տոկոսի չափով:
Իսկ ահա մայրաքաղաքի վարչական տարածքում առեւտրի օբյեկտներին ժամը 24:00-ից հետո աշխատելու թույլտվության համար հաջորդ տարվա տեղական տուրքի դրույքաչափը կսահմանվի 72.92 տոկոսի չափով: Մեզ հայտնի դարձավ նաեւ, որ հանրային uննդի եւ զվարճանքի օբյեկտներին ժամը 24:00-ից հետո աշխատելու թույլտվության համար կկիրառվի տուրքի դրույքաչափի 70 տոկոսը:
Այս արտոնությունից օգտվելու համար պետք է անհատ ձեռնարկատերը դիմում ուղղի Երևանի քաղաքապետին: Ի դեպ, այս արտոնություններից կարող են նաեւ օգտվել այն գործարարները, որոնք հաշվառվել կամ գրանցվել են 2021 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից: Բայց նկատենք, որ քաղաքապետարանը այս տարի չաջակցեց ռեստորանային բիզնեսին: Այս խնդրին, ի դեպ, ռեստորանային բիզնեսի ներկայացուցիչները պարբերաբար տեղեկացրել են ArmLur.am-ին, և մենք անդրադարձել ենք այդ խնդրին: Մասնավորապես գրել էինք, որ քաղաքապետարանը զիջումների չի գնացել եւ ռեստորանային բիզնեսից վերցրել է սեզոնային տուրքերը (խոսքը ամռան ամիսների մասին է). բիզնեսը չաշխատելով սեզոնային տուրքերը վճարել է քաղաքապետարանին, իսկ քաղաքապետարանը ընդհանուր առմամբ չի ընդառաջել: Մինչդեռ բիզնեսն այդ ժամանակ չի աշխատել. քանի որ բացօթյա տարածքներն են միայն զբաղեցրել, եւ մեր քաղաքացիները նախընտրում էին բաց տեղերում նստել, իսկ բացօթյա տարածքներում սրճանանների տարածքները պարետատան որոշումներով կրճատված է եղել՝ հեռավորությունը պահպանելու նպատակով: Արդյունքում տնտեսվարողները չեն կարողացել շրջանառության ինչ որ տոկոս վերականգնել, քանի որ քաղաքապետարանը չի արձագանքել գործարարներին: Փոխարենը՝ քաղաքային իշխանությունները որոշել են հաջորդ տարում աջակցություն տրամադրել: Թե որքանով այս աջակցությունը կբարելավվի բիզնեսի վիճակը, ցույց կտա ժամանակը:
