«Մենք կնախընտրեինք, որպեսզի ողջ հակամարտությունը կարգավորվեր շատ վաղուց՝ այն սկզբունքների հիման վրա, որոնք մշակել էին ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները, որոնց մասին, ի դեպ, մեկ անգամ չէ, որ Ադրբեջանի նախագահը վերջին շրջանում խոսել է և ընդգծել սեփական պատրաստակամությունն այդ սկզբունքների հիման վրա իրականացնել այն, ինչ առաջարկվել էր համանախագահների կողմից»,- ասաց Լավրովը։
«Եթե այդ ուղիով ընթանայինք, ապա արդյունքը, երևի թե, կլիներ համարյա թե նույնական այն հարցում, ինչ վերաբերում է 5 շրջանների, իսկ հետագայում՝ 2 շրջանների ազատմանը, բայց, առաջին հերթին՝ դա կարվեր անարյուն, և երկրորդը՝ դա կարվեր վերջնական քաղաքական կարգավորման հետ համատեղ»,- նման կարծիք հայտնեց ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարը։
