Ֆրանսիայի ԱԳ նախարար Ժան-Իվ Լը Դրիանի հայտարարությունը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի վերաբերյալ․

«Անցած գիշեր Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Ռուսաստանի իշխանությունների կողմից հայտարարություններ արվեցին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հրադադարի համաձայնագրի իրականացման վերաբերյալ: Մենք ի գիտություն ենք ընդունել համաձայնագիրը և ուսումնասիրում ենք դրա պայմաններն ու հետևանքները: Դրանց ազդեցությունը գնահատելու համար պատզաբանումներ ենք ակնկալում:

Մարտերի դադարեցումը կարևոր է: Վերջին մի քանի շաբաթների ընթացքում կողմերը այս պարտավորությունը մի քանի անգամ ստանձնել են, իսկ մենք, Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության շրջանակներում եղել և հավատարիմ ենք մնում ենք այդ առաջնահերթությանը: Ուստի ակնկալում ենք, որ Ադրբեջանը խստորեն կպահպանի իր ստանձնած պարտավորությունները և անմիջապես վերջ կդնի հարձակմանը: Այս համատեքստում Թուրքիային կոչ ենք անում հիմնական առաջնահերթությանը հակասող ոչինչ չձեռնարկել:

Այս դժվարին պահին Ֆրանսիան վերահաստատում է հայ ժողովրդի հետ իր բարեկամությունը` Հայաստանի հետ մեր սերտ մարդկային, մշակութային և պատմական կապերի լույսի ներքո: Այս ողբերգական պայմաններում կանգնած ենք նրա կողքին: Մասնավորապես, աշխատելու ենք տրամադրել նրան անհրաժեշտ ողջ մարդասիրական աջակցությունը: Տեղահանված բնակչության, և քաղաքներում ռազմական գործողությունների հետ կապված իրավիճակը լուրջ հումանիտար հետևանքների է հանգեցրել։

Վերջին շաբաթների ընթացքում Ֆրանսիան քաղաքացիական հասարակության մեծ թվով նախաձեռնությունների միջոցով մոբիլիզացրել է իր ջանքերը: Ֆրանսիայի իշխանությունները նպաստում են այս նախաձեռնություններին՝ տրամադրելով բժշկական օգնություն, որը անցած շաբաթվա վերջին ժամանեց Երևան և որը ներառել է վիրաբույժների խմբեր, որոնք մասնագիտացած էին հակամարտությունների տուժածների բուժման մեջ: Առաջիկա օրերին այլ նախաձեռնություններ են ձեռնարկվելու` Հայաստանին անհրաժեշտ օգնությունն ապահովելու համար:

Եվ վերջապես, երեկ հայտարարված զինադադարից հետո, հակամարտության տևական կարգավորման շուրջ կողմերի միջև բանակցությունների վերսկսումը անհրաժեշտություն է: Ֆրանսիան, որպես ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ՝ այս գործընթացի ակտիվ մասնակիցը կլինի: Երկու կողմերի միջեւ քննարկումները պետք է առանց հապաղելու վերսկսվեն: Դրանք պետք է նպաստեն վերջին շաբաթների ընթացքում հակամարտության պատճառով տեղահանված մարդկանց վերադարձին և սահմանեն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ապագա կարգավիճակը»:
