ՀԱՊԿ-ը ողջունում է ԼՂ-ում պատերազմի դադարեցման մասին հայտարարության ընդունումը

Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպությունը ողջունում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում պատերազմի դադարեցման մասին հայտարարության ընդունումը: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը, այս մասին լրագրողներին հայտարարել է ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Ստանիսլավ Զասը:
«Մենք դրական ենք գնահատում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության գոտում ռազմական գործողությունների դադարեցման փաստը։ Դա հնարավոր դարձավ նոյեմբերի 9-ին, Հայաստանի վարչապետի, Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահների կողմից համապատասխան հայտարարություն ստորագրելուց հետո: Ողջունում ենք բոլոր այն գործողությունները, որոնք տանում են դեպի տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության հաստատմանը և արյունահեղությունը դադարեցնելուն: ՀԱՊԿ – ում բազմիցս հակամարտող կողմերին կոչ են արել վերադառնալ հրադադարի ռեժիմին և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության խնդիրը կարգավորել բացառապես խաղաղ բանակցությունների միջոցով», – ասել է նա:
ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարը նաև դրական է գնահատել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմ մտցնելու որոշումը:
«Կարծում ենք, որ ռուս խաղաղապահների տեղակայումը հակամարտող կողմերի կողմից ուժի չկիրառման էական զսպող գործոն է : Կրկին հիշեցնում ենք, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության լուծումը հնարավոր է միայն քաղաքական-դիվանագիտական մեթոդներով»,-նշել է Զասը:
