«Ստորագրելու» մասին…
Ստորագրում են պայմանագիրը, համաձայնագիրը, գուցե էլի ինչ-որ փաստաթուղթ, որը հետագայում իրավական ուժ կունենա։ Մեր գլխին ջարդվածն ընդամենը ՀԱՅՏԱՐԱՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ ա։ Չնայած բոլորն ասում են, որ Նիկոլն այն չի ստորագրել, բայց տեսնում ենք՝ բովանդակությունը ուժի մեջ ա մտնում։ Դա տեղի ա ունենում, քանի որ հիմնված ա երեք մարդկանց, ԱՆՀԱՏՆԵՐԻ ազնիվ խոսքի վրա, որոնք ցանկացած պահի կարող են այլ բան հայտարարել։
Եթե դեկտեմբերի 1-ից հետո (երբ հայկական կողմը ՀԱՅՏԱՐԱՐՈՒԹՅԱՆ համաձայն ազատի Քարվաճառի ու Բերձորի շրջանները) Ալիևը որոշի, որ իրեն էդ ամենը չի բավարարում, հանգիստ կարող ա պատերազմի շարունակության մասին նոր ՀԱՅՏԱՐԱՐՈՒԹՅԱՄԲ հանդես գալ ու պատերազմը սկսել արդեն ավելի հարմար դիրքերից։ Ու սա տեղի կունենա առանց որևէ պայմանագիր/համաձայնագիր խախտելու։ Եթե նույնիսկ դա չանի, այլ 4,5 տարի հետո ադրբեջանական կողմը ռուսներին զգուշացնի, որ այլևս ճիշտ չի համարում իրենց ներկայությունը (նման բան նախատեսված ա ՀԱՅՏԱՐԱՐՈՒԹՅԱՆ մեջ), ապա հանգիստ կարող ա սկսել նոր պատերազմ, նույն հռետորաբանությամբ, նույն տրամաբանությամբ ու նպատակներով։
Եթե հայկական կողմը որոշի իրեն «խելոք չպահել» ու սուվերենություն խաղա, ապա հենց ռուսները կարող են հայտարարել, որ այլևս նպատակահարմար չեն գտնում տարածաշրջանում «խաղաղասիրական» գործունեություն իրականացնելը (նրանք ընդհանրապես զինված ուժերը այլ երկրում կիրառելու համար պետք ա ունենային օրենսդիր մարմինների համապատասխան որոշումը, ինչը, էս դեպքում, չկա ու կարելի ա էս իրենց նախաձեռնությունն ապօրինի համարել․ ռուսական զորքերը Արցախում գտնվելու ոչ մի իրավական հիմք չունեն ու էնտեղ են գտնվում ընդամենը խնդրո առարկա ՀԱՅՏԱՐԱՐՈՒԹՅԱՆ հիման վրա)։ Ու մենք պատերազմը կվերսկսենք պայմաններում, երբ Հայաստանը Արցախին կապող 10 կմ-անոց հատվածը կես ժամում արկերի տակ կվերածվի բերրի վարելահողի ու մեր զինվորները առաջնագծի խրամատներում չեն լինի ԴԵՌ։
Կասկածող կա՞, որ 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 1-ից հետո (երբ ընդունեն հայկական կողմից Քարվաճառի ու Բերձորի շրջանները որպես շռայլ նվեր) ցանկացած օր ադրբեջանա-թուրքական կողմը վերսկսելու ա պատերազմը։ Անկախ նրանից, թե ինչ սպառազինություն ու մարտունակություն ուներ հայկական բանակը չարաբաստիկ նոյեմբերի 10-ի օրը, էս պատերազմը շարունակելու ա շա՜տ ավելի վատ դիրքերից։ Էս ա պատճառը, որ ասում ենք ՀԱՅՏԱՐԱՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆԸ ընդամենը հետաձգում ա պատերազմը և ապահովում մեր ուժերի հետագա պարտությունը։
Հայկական կողմը դեռ հնարավորություն ունի փոխել իր հայտարարությունը և թույլ չտալ անառիկ Քարվաճառի ու Լաչինի հանձնումը։
