Սույն թվականի հոկտեմբերի 21-ին Հայաստանի վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Փաշինյան Նիկոլը կամավորական ջոկատներ կազմավորելու և Արցախի առաջնագիծ մեկնելու կոչով դիմեց Հայաստանում գործող կուսակցություններին, հասարակական կազմակերպություններին և քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնություններին: Հայաստանում հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ամենաընդլայնված ցանցը ֆինանսավորվում է Հայաստանը կործանող Սորոսի հիմնադրամի կողմից՝ ի դեմս Բաց հասարակության հիմնադրամի հայաստանյան ներկայացուցչության:
 
Փաշինյան Նիկոլի կոչից անցել է 20 օր. ո՞ւր են Սորոսի հիմադրամի կողմից Հայաստանում հիմնադրված և ֆինանսավորվող բազմաթիվ հասարակական կազմակերպությունները և այս կազմակերպություններից ինչո՞ւ որևէ ջոկատ չի մեկնել առաջնագիծ՝ Արցախը պաշտպանելու, թե՞ դրանց նպատակը միայն Հայաստանում լգբտ քարոզչություն իրականացնելը, հայկական ավանդական ընտանիքը քանդելն, ընտանեկան արժեքները պղծելը, Հայ Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցու դեմ քարոզչություն իրականացնելը, Ցեղասպանություն գործած Թուրքիային ներելով՝ Հայ Ազգի պատմական հիշողության դեմ արշավելը, հայ մարդուն իր ազգային ինքնությունից ու ազգային գիտակցությունից զրկելը և անհայրենիք ու անսկզբունք մարդակույտեր ստեղծելն է:
 
Հիմա էլ ուշ չէ՝ Սորոսի անվան կամավորական ջոկատ ստեղծելու համար, որտեղ կմիավորվեն Սորոսի հայաստանյան զավակներն ու լգբտ քարոզիչները և կմեկնեն Արցախը պաշտպանելու: Եթե դա չի արվում կամավորության սկզբունքով, ճիշտ կլինի, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունը դա անի պարտադրանքի ուժով: Թե՞ իշխանությունը միայն նրա համար է, որ Սորոսի կողմից ֆինանսավորվող կազմակերպություններին ազատի հարկեր վճարելու պարտավորությունից, որ Սորոսի դրամական միջոցները հանկարծ չմտնեն Հայաստանի պետական բյուջե և հանկարծ չծառայեն Հայաստանի պատշպանական կարիքների համար, այլ ամբողջովին ծառայեն Հայոց պետականությունը քայքայելու և քանդելու ծրագրային նպատակների իրագործմանը:
