ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունն արդեն տեղեկացրել է, որ Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության կողմից մի շարք միջազգային պայմանագրերի պահանջների խախտմամբ ՀՀ-ի և Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ սանձազերծված ագրեսիվ պատերազմի, դրա շրջանակներում պատերազմ վարելու արգելված մեթոդներ կիրառելու, համակարգված, կանխամտածված  և նպատակաուղղված կերպով մարդկային և գույքային կորուստներ պատճառելու դեպքերի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործերի շրջանակներում կալանավորվել են Սիրիայի Արաբական Հանրապետության քաղաքացիներ, ազգությամբ արաբ Մուհհրաբ Մուհամմադ Ալ Շխայիրը և Յուսեֆ Ալաբեթ Ալ Հաջին: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունից։

Նշվածներից առաջինը Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակի կողմից հայտնաբերվել է 2020թ. հոկտեմբերի 29-ին, իսկ երկրորդը նոյեմբերի 1-ին՝ Արցախի Հանրապետությունում իրականացվող ռազմական գործողությունների ընթացքում: Նրանց մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 389-րդ հոդվածով (միջազգային ահաբեկչություն), 34-390-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 1-ին կետով, 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի նորմերի լուրջ խախտումները զինված ընդհարումների ժամանակ) և 395-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով (վարձկանություն)։

Ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների համաձայն՝ նշված անձինք Սիրիայի հյուսիսային բնակավայրերից 2020թ. սեպտեմբեր-հոկտեմբեր ամիսներին տեղափոխվել են Ադրբեջան Թուրքիայի Հանրապետության միջոցով և Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի կազմում, վարձատրության դիմաց անօրինական կերպով անմիջականորեն ներգրավվել Արցախի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերի և խաղաղ բնակչության դեմ ռազմագործողություններում, հանցագործություններում:

Միջազգային ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարում համագործակցության շրջանակներում ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունը դիմում է Հայաստանում գործող օտարերկրյա դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչություններին, միջազգային ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարում մասնագիտացած միջազգային շահագրգիռ կազմակերպություններին առ այն, որ վերոնշյալ հանգամանքների առկայության մեջ համոզվելու ցանկություն ունենալու դեպքում պատրաստ ենք համապատասխան հայտի հիման վրա ապահովել շփումները կալանավորված անձանց հետ և տրամադրել վերոնշյալի վերաբերյալ անհրաժեշտ այլ տեղեկատվություն:
