Բաքվի տապալված շանտաժը և Մոսկվայի կոշտ արձագանքը

Թուրքիայում քննարկել են ՆԱՏՕ-ին Ադրբեջանի անդամակցության հնարավորության հարցը: Անվտանգության հարցերով թուրք վերլուծաբան Մեթե Յարարը չի բացառել ՆԱՏՕ-ին Ադրբեջանի անդամակցության հնարավորությունը: Խոսելով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությունում Ռուսաստանի դերակատարման մասին՝ նա նշել է, որ Ռուսաստանը չի ցանկանում տարածաշրջանում ևս մեկ խնդիր ունենալ, սակայն չի բացառել, որ Ադրբեջանը, Վրաստանը և Ուկրաինան կանդամակցեն ՆԱՏՕ-ին, ինչը Ռուսաստանի համար կդառնա մեծ «մղձավանջ» և «դժբախտություն»:
Այս հայտարարությանը հետևել է մեկ այլ, ոչ պակաս ուշագրավ ակնարկ, որը արել է արդեն Ադրբեջանի վարչապետ Ալի Ասադովը: ԱՊՀ կառավարությունների ղեկավարների նիստին վերջինս ակնարկել է, որ Ադրբեջանը կարող է դուրս գալ այս կառույցի կազմից, քանի որ Արցախյան հակամարտության չլուծված լինելը խոչընդոտ է կառույցի կազմում համակողմանի գործակցության զարգացմանը: Հասկանալի է, որ ՌԴ-ն Ադրբեջանին կապող միակ հանգույցը այսօր հենց ԱՊՀ-ն է, որն էլ, կարծես թե, Ալիևը ցանկանում է կտրել:
Կասկած չկա, որ նման ցանկություն առաջին հերթին ունի Ալիևին սեփական խամաճիկ սարքած Թուրքիան: Ադրբեջանից հնչող վերջին հայտարարությունները ոչ այլ ինչ են, քան բացահայտ շանտաժ ուղղված Ռուսաստանին: Սակայն, կարծես թե շանտաժը չի տալիս սպասված արդյունքը․ այդ մասին են վկայում Մոսկվայից եկող ազդակները: Մի կողմից ՌԴ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաները ավելի առարկայական են սկսել խոսել Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի կողմից Արցախ ահաբեկիչներ ներմուծելու մասին, մյուս կողմից էլ ակտիվացել են ՌԴ մերձկրեմլյան փորձագիտական շրջանակները, որոնք պնդում են, որ օր առաջ է պետք օգնել Արցախին ՝ կանխելու համար Թուրքիայի ախորժակը Դոնբասում և Ղրիմում: Ի պատասխան ռուսական կողմից հնչող մեսիջների՝ Ալիևի հայտարարությունները դառնում են առավել կոշտ և մեղադրական, ինչը բնավ էլ չի բխում Բաքվի բռնապետի շահերից:
Չստացված շանտաժը ունի ևս մեկ բացասական հետևանք թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի համար: Կամա թե ակամա, ՆԱՏՕ-ի մասին խոսակցությունները գրգռել են նաև հարևան Իրանի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությանը: Բնական է, որ Իրանը չի հանդուրժի իր սահմաններին ՆԱՏՕ-ի ռազմական բազաները և հենց այդ մասին են խոսում վերջին օրերին Թեհրանից եկող կոշտ ազդակները՝ ուղղված Թուրքիային և Ադրբեջանին:
