Իմքայլականների նախաձեռնությամբ մի նոր նախագիծ է դրվել շրջանառության մեջ, որով մամուլի և ընդդիմադիրների բերանը կփակեն արդեն ոչ թե վարչական տուգանքներով, այլ քրեական հետապնդման ենթարկելով: Այս մասին գրում է Hraparak.am-ը:
«Ազգային ժողովը երկուշաբթի օրը խորհրդի նիստ, ապա արտահերթ նիստ է պլանավորում: Մենք տեղեկացանք, որ իմքայլականների նախաձեռնությամբ մի նոր նախագիծ է դրվել շրջանառության մեջ, որով մամուլի և ընդդիմադիրների բերանը կփակեն արդեն ոչ թե վարչական տուգանքներով, այլ քրեական հետապնդման ենթարկելով: Այսինքն, եթե մինչ այս ռազմական դրության մասին օրենքով իրենց դուր չեկած կամ իրենց ձևակերպմամբ` պաշտոնական տեղեկատվությունից դուրս, խուճապ և ապատեղեկատվություն տարածոզ որևէ հրապարակման դեպքում նախատեսված էր 300 կամ 700 հազար և ավելի տուգանք, ապա հիմա այս հոդվածն ուզում են քրեականացնել, որ ավելի զսպեն մամուլին և ընդդիմությանը:
Մեզ ասացին, որ «Իմ քայլում» այս հարցը բուռն քննարկվել է, որոշել են, որ պետք է ամեն գնով իրենց դեմ խոսողների դեմն առնեն, սակայն նաև բարձրացրել են այն հարցը, որ Եվրոպայի խորհուրդը մեր դեմ ժամանակին պահանջ էր դրել` ապաքրեականացնել զրպարտանքը և վիրավորանքը, որ նոր կարողանանք անդամակցել ԵԽ-ին: Ուստի, այս հոդվածի ընդունումից հետո հնարավոր է` ԵԽ-ի կողմից Հայաստանը կոշտ արձագանքի արժանանա, սակայն «Իմ քայլում» որոշել են, որ պատրաստ են անգամ դրան, միայն թե պատերազմի անվան տակ լռեցնեն իրենց դեմ խոսողներին:
Այս նախագծին արդեն իսկ դեմ են ընդդիմադիր խմբակցությունները:
Մենք խոսեցինք ԱԺ «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Անի Սամսոնյանի հետ, որը հաստատեց, որ նման նախագիծ է արդեն դրվել շրջանառության մեջ և հնարավոր է` քննարկվի այն երկուշաբթի օրվա արտահերթ նիստում:
