ԱՄՆ-ն գտնվում է քաղաքական քաղաքացիական պատերազմի մշտական վիճակում

Գերմանական Handelsblatt հրատարակության հետ զրույցում Բեռլինի՝ Գումբոլդտի անվան համալսարանի քաղաքագետ Հերֆրիդ Մյունքլերը հայտարարել է, որ ԱՄՆ-ն այժմ ընթանում է սահմանադրական ճգնաժամի ճանապարհով, իսկ օրերս տեղի ունեցած ընտրություններն ընդամենը երկիրն էլ ավելի են պառակտել:
«ԱՄՆ-ի հիմնադիր հայրերը միշտ խոսել են հանրապետության, այլ ոչ թե ժողովրդավարության մասին: Ամերիկայում գործ ունենք արիստոկրատական տարրերից բաղկացած և հանրային մասնակցությամբ կարգերի հետ: Ընտրիչների կոլեգիայի գաղափարն այժմ ամբողջովին հնացած է թվում»,-նշել է Մյունքլերը:
Պատասխանելով հարցին, թե ինչու է նախագահ Թրամփի օգտին այդքան շատ մարդ քվեարկել՝ քաղաքագետը նշել է, որ դա խոսում է այն մասին, որ ԱՄՆ-ում իրենց դիրքորոշումը փոխող ընտրողների թիվն ավելի քիչ է, քան շատերն էին կարծում:
«Ավելի շուտ գործ ունենք կայացած քաղաքական ճամբարների հետ, որոնք իրենք իրենց սեփական պատմություններով են կայունացնում: Դրանցում Թրամփին համարում են հերոս, որը կոռումպացված համակարգի դեմ է հանդես գալիս: Նախագահն էլ իր նախընտրական քարոզարշավի ընթացքում ստեղծել է քաղաքական հակառակորդների թշնամական կերպար, ինչն էլ հանգեցրել է բևեռացման: Օրինակ՝ իր հակառակորդ Ջո Բայդենին նա որպես սոցիալիստ է պիտակավորել: ԱՄՆ-ն հայտնվել է մի իրավիճակում, որից նրա հիմնադիր հայրերը ցանկանում էին խուսափել. դա քաղաքական քաղաքացիական պատերազմի մշտական վիճակն է»- պարզաբանել է նա:
Նշվում է, որ շատերը հույս են ունեցել, որ ընտրությունները «կբուժեն» երկիր պառակտվածությունը և «խաղադրույք են կատարել» Ջո Բայդենի վրա, սակայն, քաղաքագետի համազմամբ, քվեարկությունից հետո ով էլ նախագահ ընտրվի, իրավիճակի փոփոխում տեղի չի ունենա:
Մյունքլերի կանխատեսմամբ՝ ընտրությունների արդյունքների շուրջ վեճը ԱՄՆ-ում դեռ երկար կշարունակվի: Եթե ամեն բան բարեհաջող ընթացք ունենա, ապա գործը Գերագույն դատարան կհասնի: Եթե ոչ՝ վեճը կարող է փողոցներում՝ ուժի կիրառմամբ լուծվել:
Նշվում է, որ ԱՄՆ-ին կազդուրման համար երկար ժամանակ է անհրաժեշտ լինելու: ԱՄՆ-ի հիմնադիր-հայրերը դեռևս այն ժամանակ զգուշացրել էին, որ եթե երկու ճամբար ուղղակիորեն հակառակվի միմյանց, ապա երկրի «փլուզում» կարող է լինել:
