Իրանն անհանգստանում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության գոտում մարդկային կորուստների և քաղաքացիական անձանց հասցվող վնասների առնչությամբ:

Ինչպես փոխանցում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, վկայակոչելով Isna գործակալությունը, այդ մասին Իրանի արտգործնախարար Մոհամմադ Ջավադ Զարիֆը հայտարարել է լրագրողների հետ զրույցում:

«Մենք անհանգստանում ենք նաև ծայրահեղական խմբավորումների՝ հակամարտության գոտի մուտք գործելու առնչությամբ, և դա սպառնալիք է ոչ միայն Իրանի, այլև ամբողջ տարածաշրջանի խաղաղության ու կայունության համար։ Այդ պատճառով մենք հավատացած ենք, որ այս պատերազմը պետք է ավարտվի»,- ասել է Զարիֆը։

Անդրադառնալով ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման Իրանի ծրագրին՝ Զարիֆը նշել է, որ հակամարտող կողմերը, Ռուսաստանն ու Թուրքիան ուսումնասիրում են ծրագիրը, և Իրանը պատասխանի է սպասում։

Ադրբեջանը Թուրքիայի հովանավորությամբ և Սիրիայից, Լիբիայից բերված ահաբեկչական խմբավորումների ներգրավմամբ սեպտեմբերի 27-ից պատերազմ է սանձազերծել Արցախի դեմ՝ կիրառելով ողջ զինանոցը, թիրախավորելով խաղաղ բնակչությանը, օգտագործելով արգելված զինատեսակներ՝ կասետային ռումբեր, ֆոսֆորային զենքեր: Ռուսաստանը, Ֆրանսիան, Սիրիան հայտարարել են, որ տիրապետում են անհերքելի փաստերի Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի կողմից ահաբեկիչների՝ ԼՂ հակամարտության գոտի տեղափոխելու վերաբերյալ, ընդ որում՝ այդ տեղափոխումներն իրականացվել են քաղաքացիական օդանավակայանների և քաղաքացիական օդանավերի միջոցով: Հայաստանում երկու ահաբեկչ է կալանավորված:
