Պարզաբանում Ucom կապի հայկական օպերատորի կողմից

Մամուլում տարածված այն լուրին ի պատասխան, թե իբր «Յուքոմ» ՓԲԸ բաժնետոմսերն ամբողջությամբ «Ձորագետ Հիդրո» ՍՊԸ-ին օտարելու մասին որոշում է կայացվել, կեղծ են։ Մինչդեռ այն տեղեկատվությունը, որ ՀՀ հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովը նոյեմբերի 4-ի նիստում որոշում է կայացրել համաձայնություն տալ «Յուքոմ» ընկերության՝ «Ֆորաբանկ» բանկին պատկանող 2 մլն 510 հազար 696 հատ բաժնետոմսերն ամբողջությամբ «Ձորագետ Հիդրո» ՍՊԸ-ին օտարելուն, հիմնավոր է և վերաբերում է ոչ թե Ընկերության 100% բաժնեմասերի օտարմանը, այլ ընդամենը «Ֆորաբանկ»-ի բաժնեմասին։
Մեկնաբանելով նաև այն լուրը, թե «ԱյՅուՆեթվորքս» ՍՊԸ կողմից ՀՀ սնանկության դատարան է ներկայացվել «Յուքոմ» ՓԲԸ-ին սնանկ ճանաչելու պահանջի մասին դիմում, «Յուքոմ» ՓԲԸ-ն հայտարարում է, որ տեղի է ունեցել տեխնիկական սխալ, և նոյեմբերի 5-ին «ԱյՅուՆեթվորքս» ՍՊԸ-ն իր պահանջից հրաժարվելու մասին դիմում է ներկայացրել։ Նշենք, որ երկու ընկերությունների բաժնետերերի կազմում միևնույն իրավաբանական անձինք են, որոնց միջև բոլոր հարցերը կարգավորվում են բանակցությունների միջոցով։ Սնանկության վերաբերյալ պնդումներն անհիմն են և իրականության հետ որևէ աղերս չունեն։ Ընդգծենք, որ «Յուքոմ» ՓԲ ընկերությունը որպես ռազմավարական նշանակության տնտեսական կառույց շարունակում և շարունակելու է մեծագույն պատասխանատվությամբ իրականացնել իր առջև դրված բոլոր խնդիրները՝ հօգուտ երկրի տնտեսության և բաժանորդների։
