Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը ներկայացրել է, թե ինչ զենքեր են ձեռք բերվել 2018-19 թվականներին

ՀՀ ՊՆ ներկայացուցիչ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը իր Ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է․
Ես հարցազրույցում նշել եմ, որ մենք մշտապես զինվել ենք ըստ մեր հնարավորության, բոլոր ժամանակներում արվել է առավելագույնը զինվելու համար, սակայն 2012-2018թթ. փորձ ենք արել գնել հիմնականում նոր զենքեր: Ապրիլյանից հետո դրանց ծավալները մեծացվել են, իսկ 2018-2020թթ. նոր զենքերի ծավալը ամենամեծն է եղել առհասարակ:
Նախ ինձ հակադարձողներից որևէ մեկը որևէ կերպ ավելի լավ չի տիրապետում իմ նշած նորագույն զենքերի իրական ծավալներին, որոնք ձեռք են բերվել 2018-2020թթ ընթացքում:
2012-2018թթ. ընթացքում ձեռք է բերվել մի քանի հարյուր միավոր նոր ավտոմեքենա, վերջին երկու տարում կրկնակի անգամ ավելի շատ:
2012-2018թթ. ընթացքում ձեռք է բերվել նոր սերնդի կապի միջոցներ և ռադիակայաններ, այդ թվում ոչ դրսից: Վերջին երկու տարում եռակի անգամ ավելի:
2012-2018թթ. նոր մեծ զենքերից ձեռք է բերվել սահմափակ քանակությամբ նոր սերնդի հակատանկային միջոցներ, օրինակ Կորնետ: Վերջին երկու տարիներին եռակի-քառակի անգամ ավելի շատ է ձեռք բերվել այդ միջոցներից:
2012-2018թթ. ընթացքում ձեռք է բերվել Սմերչ կայանքներ, թվերը չնշեմ, վերջին երկու տարում դրանց քանակը մեծացվել է, իսկ մարտապաշարը բազմապատկվել:
2012-2018թթ. Հայաստան է բերվել, նոր սերնդի բալիստիկ հրթիռներ, վերջին երկու տարում ձեռք է բերվել կործանիչներ: Այստեղ գաղտնիության պատճառով մանրամասները չեմ նշում, բայց եթե որևէ մեկը փորձի այս թեման շահարկել վստահեցնում եմ որ հաստատ չի տիրապետում իրավիճակին:
2012-2018թթ. Հայաստան է բերվել փոքր քանակությամբ նոր սերնդի, փոքր հեռահարության ՀՕՊ միջոցներ, վերջին երկու տարում դրանց քանակը եռապատկվել է, ավելացվել է մեծ խմբաքանակի հին միջոցներ, և ձեռք է բերվել աշխարհի լավագույն ՀՕՊ միջոցներից ՏՕՌ-Մ-ը:
2012-2018թթ. Հայաստան է բերվել փոքր քանակությամբ նոր սերնդի ՌԷՊ միջոցներ, որոնք խնդիրներ ունեին և չէին աշխատում: Դրանք խելքի են բերվել միայն այս տարի և ավելի լավ միջոցների քանակությունը ավելացվել է մի քանի անգամ:
2012-2018թթ. Հայաստանում ստեղծվել և ներկրվել է որոշակի քանակության ԱԹՍ-ներ, վերջին երկու տարում դրանց քանակը հնգապատկվել է:
Վերջին երկու տարում կնքվել են օդուժի վերազինման մեծ պայմանագրեր, մանրամասները գաղտնիք են: Ձեռք է բերվել ՏՈՍ համակարգեր և այլն, որոնք բարձրաձայնելու ենթակա չեն: Առայժմ այսքանը սա դեռ ամբողջը չէ: Ուղղակի զսպվեք, ես շատ բան եմ տիրապետում:
