Ադրբեջանում այս պահին 21 հայ ռազմագերի կա։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 5-ին, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն ասաց ՔԿ քրեագիտական վարչության պետ Ռաֆայել Վարդանյանը։

Նա նշեց, որ այդ տվյալներն անընդհատ փոփոխվում են. «Կան տվյալներ, որոնք ճշգրտման փուլում են։ Կա երկու անձի վերաբերյալ տվյալ, որը ճշգրտվում է։ ՄԻԵԴ-ում հայաստանյան ներկայացուցչության եւ անհատ իրավապաշտպանների կողմից դիմումներ են ներկայացվում ՄԻԵԴ, որպեսզի կիրառվի հատուկ միջոց եւ Ադրբեջանին պարտավորեցվի՝ ներկայացնել հստակ տվյալներ, ինչպես նաեւ ապահովել հայ ռազմագերիների մարդասիրական բոլոր նորմերի պահպանումը. այսինքն՝ նրանք չխոշտանգվեն, ստանան անհրաժեշտ բուժօգնություն»։

Անդրադառնալով համացանցում տարածված հայ զինծառայողների նկատմամբ խոշտանգման կադրերին՝ քրեագիտական վարչության պետը նշեց, որ բոլոր տեսանյութերը զննվում են պատշաճ դատավարական ընթացակարգերի պայմաններում. «Ունենք անձ, որի խոշտանգված նկարը «Ինստագրամում» էին տեղադրել, այդ մասով նույնպես քննություն ենք իրականացրել, ուղարկվել է քննչական պահանջ միջազգային տարբեր իրավապահ մարմիններին, որպեսզի պարզեն տվյալները եւ հայտնեն»։

Ռաֆայել Վարդանյանն ասաց, որ այդ տեսանյութերը զննել են, որոնցում, փաստացի, ռազմագերիների նկատմամբ կան խոշտանգման կադրեր. «Այդ մասով անձինք տուժող են ճանաչվել։ Քանի որ թիվն անընդհատ փոփոխվում է, հստակ թիվ ասելը ճիշտ չի լինի։ Կամբողջացնենք տվյալները, երբ արդեն ունենանք հստակ արձագանք Ադրբեջանի կողմից, թե կոնկրետ քանիսն ինչ կագավիճակում են»։

Հարցին՝ արդյոք կա՞ն դեպքեր, որ հայ զինծառայողի նկատմամբ խոշտանգման կադրերը հայտնվում են հարազատների ձեռքում, Ռաֆայել Վարդանյանն ասաց, որ նման դեպքեր նույնպես կան։
