Հեղինակավոր The Guardian պարբերականը անդրադարձել է նոյեմբերի 3-ին ԱՄՆ-ում մեկնարկած նախագահական ընտրություններին:

Անդրադարջում մասնավորապես նշվում է, որ ամերիկացիները նոյեմբերի 3-ին գնացել են մասնակցելու ԱՄՆ պատմության մեջ ամենանշանակալի ընտրություններից մեկին: Գիշերն արդեն պարզ էր, որ երկիրը պատրաստվում է Սպիտակ տան համար երկարատև և դաժան պայքարի: Ահա թե ինչ է մինչ այժմ մեզ հայտնի.

Բայդենը դեռևս ունի ընտրիչներից 223-ի ձայները, իսկ Թրամփը` 212-ի:

Թեկնածուին հարկավոր է 270 ձայն` նախագահ դառնալու համար: Պայքարի ճակատում կարևորագույն նահանգներն են Հյուսիսային Կարոլինան, Ֆլորիդան, Ջորջիան և Փենսիլվանիան:

Միչիգանի, Վիսկոնսինի և Փենսիլվանիայի պաշտոնյաները հայտարարել են, որ նոյեմբերի 3-ի երեկոյան դեռևս չեն հնչեցնելու այդ նահանգներում հաղթող թեկնածուի անունը:

Նահանգները, որոնցում առաջատարը Բայդենն է. Մինեսոտա, Կալիֆորնիա, Կոլորադո, Կոնեկտիկուտ, Դելավեր, Հավայի, Իլինոյս, Մերիլենդ, Վիրջինիա, Մասաչուսեթս, Նյու Գեմփծիր, Նյու Ջերսի, Նյու Մեքսիկո, Նյու Յորք, Օրեգոն, Ռոդ Այլենդ, Վերմոնտ և Վաշինգտոն:

Նահանգները, որոնցում առաջատարը Թրամփն է. Ալաբամա, Արկանզաս, Այդահո, Ինդիանա, Այովա, Կանզաս, Կենտուկի, Լուիզիանա, Միսսիսիպի, Միսսուրի,  Մոնտանա, Հյուսիսային Դակոտա, Նեբրասկա, Օհայո, Օկլահոմա, Հարավային Դակոտա, Թենեսի և Վայոմինգ:

ԱՄՆ-ն պատրաստվում է գրանցել ընտրողների ամենաբարձր մասնակցությունը վերջին մեկ դարում: Ավելի քան 101 միլիոն մարդ վաղաժամ է քվեարկել:

Հիշեցնենք, որ նոյեմբերի 3-ին ԱՄՆ-ում տեղի էին ունենում նախագահի ընտրություններ, որոնցում երկրի գործող նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի մրցակիցը դեմոկրատական կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչ, երկրի նախկին փոխնախագահ Ջո Բայդենն է:
