2015 թվականը հենց տարեսկզբից լի էր բացասական երևույթներով թե՛ տարածաշրջանում, թե՛ ընդհանրապես աշխարհում: Սա, բնականաբար, չէր կարող իր հետևանքը չունենալ նաև մեր տնտեսության վրա:
Այս տարին արդեն ավարտվում է, բայց դեռևս շարունակվող աշխարհաքաղաքական և տնտեսական գործընթացներն այնպիսին են, որ չի կարելի սպասել, որ ամեն ինչ հրաշալի է լինելու 2016 թվականին: Ակներև է` պետք է գալիք տարվան սպասել լավ պատրաստված և բոլոր առումներով սթափ հաշվարկներ իրականացրած:
Այս առումով շատ կարևոր է պետական բյուջեի նախագիծը, որն, ի դեպ, այսօր ԱԺ-ում ընդունվեց բավականին մեծ թվով կողմ ձայներով. կողմ` 97, դեմ` 12, ձեռնպահ` 3:
