Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության պետական դումայի նախկին պատգամավոր Վլադիմիր Լեպեխինը վստահ է, որ Ռուսաստանը պարտավոր է վաղ թե ուշ պաշտպանել Հայաստանին և Արցախին, հակառակ դեպքում մոտ ապագայում կարող է Ռուսաստանից գրեթե ոչինչ չմնալ: Ռուսաստանը վաղ թե ուշ պարտավոր է պաշտպանել Հայաստանին և Արցախին. Վլադիմիր Լեպեխին «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` այս մասին Լեպեխինը գրել է Rusnext կայքում հրապարակված իր հոդվածում:
Ռուս քաղաքական գործիչը նշել է, որ ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությունն այլևս դադարել է զուտ տեղային խնդիր լինելուց:
«Արդեն պարզ է, որ Ղարաբաղում ռազմական հակամարտությունը լոկալ բնույթ չի կրում։ Տարածաշրջանում մեծ աշխարհաքաղաքական խաղ է սկսվել, և կապված է այն իրադարձությունների հետ, որոնք այսօր տեղի են ունենում Բելառուսում, Ուկրաինայում, Մոլդովայում, Կենտրոնական Ասիայի երկրներում, Վրաստանում, իսկ վաղը լիովին իրենց կդրսևորեն անմիջապես Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության տարածքում»,- գրել է Լեպեխինը:
Քաղաքական գործիչն անդրադարձել է նաև ԼՂ հակամարտությունում Թուրքիայի ներգրավվածությանը, նշելով, որ այդ պետությունը ՌԴ սահմանների հարևանությամբ ահաբեկչական գործողություններ իրականացնելու նպատակներ է հետապնդում:
«Ըստ որոշ տվյալների՝ օրերս Թուրքիան ձեռնամուխ է եղել ԼՂ-ում կռվող հարվածային զորքերի վերախմբավորմանը` «Թուրանական բանակի» մեջ։ Ներքին աղբյուրը հայտնում է, որ «Թուրանական բանակի» շրջանակներում ստեղծվել է հատուկ խումբ, որը մասնագիտանում է հյուսիսային ուղղությամբ մարտական գործողությունների վարման նոր տակտիկական հնարքների մշակման մեջ: Դրա գլխավոր նպատակն այս փուլում գաղտնի գործողությունների իրականացումն է ՌԴ սահմանների անմիջական հարևանությամբ, որոնք ենթադրում են ահաբեկչական գործողությունների և բնապահպանական աղետների կազմակերպում, Ռուսաստանի և նրա ռազմավարական դաշնակիցների, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանի զինված ուժերի տեղաշարժի մոնիտորինգ, ինչպես նաև կողմնակիցների հավաքագրում»,- նշել է Վլադիմիր Լեպեխինը:
Պետդումայի նախկին պատգամավորը, այս հանգամանքները հաշվի առնելով, ընդգծել է, որ Ռուսաստանը պարտավոր է պաշտպանել Հայաստանն ու Արցախը, այլապես վտանգից խուսափելն անհնար կլինի:
«Արցախի ղեկավարի և Հայաստանի վարչապետի՝ Ռուսաստանի նախագահին ուղղված համատեղ գործողությունների անհրաժեշտության մասին հայտարարությունները միանգամայն բավարար են, որպեսզի կողմերի հաշտեցման անհրաժեշտության մասին խոսքերից անցում կատարվի տարածաշրջանում կարգուկանոն հաստատելու կոնկրետ գործողությունների»,- գրել է քաղաքական գործիչը:
