Անհետ կորած զինծառայողի հարազատներից գումար է պահանջել՝ խաբեությամբ ներկայանալով որպես ԱԱԾ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձ (տեսանյութ)
VIDEOՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության կողմից իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչ, նախկինում մի քանի անգամ խարդախություններ կատարելու համար դատապարտված Հ. Բ.-ն, տեղեկանալով, որ զինծառայող Հ. Մ.-ն, մասնակցելով 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 27-ին Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության կողմից Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ սանձազերծված պատերազմին, անհետ կորել է, կաշառք ստանալու պատրվակով խարդախությամբ խոշոր չափերի գումար հափշտակելու միասնական դիտավորությամբ, Հ. Մ.-ի ազգական Ա. Մ.-ին վստահություն ներշնչելու նպատակով խաբեությամբ նրան ներկայացել է որպես ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձ և պատրաստակամություն հայտնել ի պաշտոնե զբաղվել անհայտ կորած զինծառայողի որոնողական աշխատանքներով:
Իրագործելով իր հանցավոր մտադրությունը՝ Հ. Բ.-ն 2020 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 28-ին ճանապարհածախսի պատրվակով Ա. Մ.-ից նախ պահանջել և ստացել է 100 հազար ՀՀ դրամ, այնուհետև, վերջինիս գիտակցության ու կամքի վրա ներգործելու, մոլորության մեջ գցելու եղանակով իր հանցավոր մտադրությունն իրագործելու մղումներից ելնելով, 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 1-ին Ա. Մ.-ին հայտնել է, թե իբր զինծառայող Հ. Մ.-ն գերության մեջ գտնվում է Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության Գաբալա քաղաքում, որտեղ պահում են հայ ռազմագերիներին և պատրաստվում են վերջինիս տեղափոխել քաղաք Բաքու: Դա կանխելու և Հ. Մ.-ին Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության իր գործընկերների միջոցով այլ երկրների տարածքով Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն տեղափոխելը կազմակերպելու համար Հ. Բ.-ն մաս-մաս վճարելու պայմանով պահանջել է ևս 3 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար, սակայն իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառման շրջանակներում նույն օրը՝ ժամը 19:00-ի սահմաններում, Երևան քաղաքի Գարեգին Նժդեհի հրապարակում Ա. Մ.-ի կողմից 1.000 ԱՄՆ դոլարն ստանալուց անմիջապես հետո բռնվել է ՀՀ ԱԱԾ մարմինների կողմից՝ չկարողանալով իր կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներով հանցագործությունն ավարտին հասցնել:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում կաշառք ստանալու պատրվակով խոշոր չափերով խարդախություն կատարելու կասկածանքով Հ. Բ.-ն ձերբակալվել է:
Ըստ նախնական տվյալների Հ. Բ.-ի նմանօրինակ վարքագծի արդյունքում տուժել են նաև այլ քաղաքացիներ, ձեռնարկվում են ակտիվ քննչական և այլ դատավարական գործողություններ՝ տուժած անձանց ամբողջական շրջանակը պարզելու, հանցավոր սխեմայում ներգրավված անձանց գործողություններն անհատականացնելու և տուժողներին պատճառված նյութական վնասը վերականգնելու ուղղությամբ:
Միևնույն ժամանակ հորդորում ենք բոլոր քաղաքացիներին, ովքեր տուժել են այս և նմանատիպ հանցավոր գործողություններից, դիմել ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայություն՝ 015 58 90 96 հեռախոսահամարով:
Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը կրկին հորդորում է, ստեղծված իրավիճակով պայմանավորված, ցուցաբերել զգոնություն, զերծ մնալ տարատեսակ կասկածելի գործարքների առաջարկներից և հիմք ընդունել բացառապես իրավասու պետական մարմինների կողմից տրամադրված պաշտոնական տեղեկատվությունը:
Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով՝ դատարանի՝ օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
