Ուշադրություն․ ԱԱՏՄ-ն տեղեկացնում է

«ՀՀ մուտք գործելիս ինքնամեկուսացման եւ կորոնավիրուսի թեստը հանձնելու գործընթացում փոփոխություն է կատարվել ՀՀ կառավարության 2020 թ․ հոկտեմբերի 31-ի N 1756-Ն որոշմամբ։

✅Ըստ այդմ, եթե ՀՀ մուտք գործելիս անձը ներկայացնում է առավելագույնը 72 ժամ վաղեմության Covid բացասական թեստ ու այն հիմնավորող փաստաթղթեր, ազատվում է ինքնամեկուսացումից։

✅ Եթե առկա չէ Covid բացասական թեստ, անձը պետք է պարտադիր թեստ հանձնի օդանավակայանում կամ ցամաքային սահմանի անցման կետում տեղակայված նմուշառման կետերում և պարտադիր ինքնամեկուսացնա՝ մինչև ՊՇՌ հետազոտության բացասական արդյունքի ստացումը։

Կառավարության նոր որոշմամբ՝ ՀՀ տարածք մուտք գործելիս ներկայացվում է կորոնավիրուսի (COVID-19) ախտորոշման ՊՇՌ հետազոտության բացասական արդյունքը հավաստող սերտիֆիկատ՝ առավելագույնը 72 ժամ վաղեմության: Սերտիֆիկատը պետք է լինի հայերեն կամ ռուսերեն կամ անգլերեն։ Պետք է կցվի ձեւաթուղթ՝ ստորագրված ու կնիքով, որում առկա կլինեն հետազոտությունն իրականացրած կազմակերպության բոլոր կոնտակտային տվյալները, ղեկավարի անունը, հետազոտված անձի անունը և ազգանունը, անձը հաստատող փաստաթղթի համարը, ծննդյան տարեթիվը, հետազոտության արդյունքը:

Առողջապահական և աշխատանքի տեսչական մարմնի կողմից սահմանային անցման կետում անհապաղ կատարվում է զննություն (այդ թվում` հեռահար ջերմաչափում, արտաքին զննություն, վարակին բնորոշ կլինիկական ախտանիշերի դեպքում լրացուցիչ հարցումներ), ստուգվում է սերտիֆիկատի առկայությունը։

Զննության արդյունքներով անձը հոսպիտալացվում է, եթե առկա են համապատասխան ախտանշաններ:

❗️Եթե վերը նշված սահմանված ձեւի սերտիֆիկատ առկա չէ և  հոսպիտալացման կարիք չկա, ապա ՄՅՈՒՍ ԲՈԼՈՐ ԴԵՊՔԵՐՈՒՄ ԱՆՁԸ ԵՆԹԱԿԱ Է ՊՇՌ ՀԵՏԱԶՈՏՈՒԹՅԱՆ ՀԱՄԱՐ ՆՄՈՒՇԱՌՄԱՆ՝ ՕԴԱՆԱՎԱԿԱՅԱՆՈՒՄ ԿԱՄ ՑԱՄԱՔԱՅԻՆ ՍԱՀՄԱՆԻ ԱՆՑՄԱՆ ԿԵՏՈՒՄ ՏԵՂԱԿԱՅՎԱԾ ՆՄՈՒՇԱՌՄԱՆ ԿԵՏԵՐՈՒՄ և ՊԱՐՏԱԴԻՐ ԻՆՔՆԱՄԵԿՈՒՍԱՑՄԱՆ՝ ՄԻՆՉև ՊՇՌ ՀԵՏԱԶՈՏՈՒԹՅԱՆ ԲԱՑԱՍԱԿԱՆ ԱՐԴՅՈՒՆՔԻ ՍՏԱՑՈՒՄԸ:

Նմուշառման կետերն իրականացնում են նմուշառումը և անձի տվյալները մուտքագրում և ինքնամեկուսացումը գրանցում ԱՐՄԵԴ համակարգում՝ անձը հաստատող փաստաթղթի հիման վրա, ստուգելով կոնտակտային հեռախոսահամարի իսկությունը՝ նշված հեռախոսահամարին զանգ կատարելու միջոցով: Նմուշառումից հետո նմուշառման կետի կողմից ժամանողին տրամադրվում է նմուշառումը և ինքնամեկուսացման գրանցումը հավաստող փաստաթուղթ:

❗️ՊՇՌ հետազոտությունն իրականացվում է ժամանող անձի հաշվին:

ՊՇՌ հետազոտության արդյունքները գրանցվում են ԱՐՄԵԴ համակարգում և տրամադրվում են հետազոտված անձին ոչ ուշ, քան 48 ժամվա ընթացքում: ՊՇՌ հետազոտության բացասական արդյունքի դեպքում անձը դուրս է գալիս ինքնամեկուսացումից:
