Ռուսաստանը կկատարի Հայաստանի նկատմամբ անվտանգային պարտավորությունները. վարչապետ

Ռուսաստանի իշխանությունները և նախագահ Պուտինը մի քանի անգամ հայտարարել են, որ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նկատմամբ Ռուսաստանն իր անվտանգային պարտավորությունները կկատարի: Այս մասին նշել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Al Jazeera հեռուստաալիքին տված հարցազրույցում:
Փաշինյանն անհեթեթ է համարել այն տեսակետը, թե իր իշխանության գալուց հետո Ռուսաստանի հետ կապը, որը նախկինում եղել է ավելի մտերիմ և դաշնակից Հայաստանի հետ, թուլացել է։ «Ռուսաստանը ինչպես եղել է Հայաստանի ռազմավարական դաշնակիցը, այնպես էլ շարունակում է մնալ Հայաստանի ռազմավարական դաշնակիցը: Հայաստանի ռազմավարական դաշնակից լինելու հարցում Ռուսաստանը չեզոքություն չունի: Ռուսաստանի իշխանությունները և նախագահ Պուտինը մի քանի անգամ հայտարարել են, որ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նկատմամբ Ռուսաստանն իր անվտանգային պարտավորությունները կկատարի»,- շեշտել է ՀՀ վարչապետը։
Նա պարզաբանել է, որ Ռուսաստանը ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող երկիր է՝ միջնորդ երկիր է, և իր կարգավիճակի բերումով պետք է որոշակի չեզոքություն պահպանի: «Մինսկի խմբի ձևավորման օրից Ռուսաստանը եղել է համանախագահող երկիր, միջնորդ երկիր, և այդպիսով ունեցել է որոշակի չեզոքություն պահպանելու պարտավորություն: Եվ մինչև հիմա նրա այդ կարգավիճակը չի փոխվել»,- ընդգծել է վարչապետ Փաշինյանը:
Արցախի հետ շփման գծի ողջ երկայնքով սեպտեմբերի 27-ի վաղ առավոտյան Ադրբեջանը, Թուրքիայի և վարձկան- ահաբեկիչների ներգրավմամբ, ռազմական գործողություններ է սկսել: Հրետակոծվում են նաև խաղաղ բնակավայրերը, այդ թվում՝ մայրաքաղաք Ստեփանակերտը, ինչի հետևանքով Արցախի տարբեր շրջաններում զոհվում են քաղաքացիական անձինք:
