Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնը շաբաթ օրը հեռարձակված հարցազրույցում մեղադրել է Թուրքիային ՆԱՏՕ-ի իր դաշնակիցների նկատմամբ «ռազմատենչ» դիրքորոշում որդեգրելու մեջ ՝ ասելով, որ լարվածությունը կարող է թուլանալ, եթե իր թուրք պաշտոնակից Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը հարգանք ցուցաբերի և ստեր չտարածի, հայտնում է «Ամերիկայի ձայնը»։

«Թուրքիան ռազմատենչ վերաբերմունք ունի ՆԱՏՕ-ի իր դաշնակիցների նկատմամբ», – ասել է Մակրոնը «Ալ-Ջազիրա» -ին տված հարցազրույցում` դատապարտելով Թուրքիայի պահվածքը Սիրիայում, Լիբիայում և Միջերկրական ծովում:

Նրա խոսքերով, Ֆրանսիան ցանկանում է, որ ամեն ինչ «հանդարտվի»: Բայց որպեսզի դա տեղի ունենա, անհրաժեշտ է, որ «Թուրքիայի նախագահը հարգի Ֆրանսիային, հարգի Եվրամիությունը, հարգի նրա արժեքները, ստեր չտարածի և չխոսի վիրավորանքների լեզվով»:

Մակրոնը նաեւ ցավակցություն է հայտնել Թուրքիայում տեղի ունեցած երկրաշարժի կապակցությամբ և առաջարկել օգնություն Ֆրանսիայից:

Ֆրանսիայի նախագահը ՆԱՏՕ-ի դաշնակիցների համար «անակնկալ և ագրեսիա» է համարում Թուրքիայի միջամտությունը Սիրիայում: Նրա խոսքերով, Անկարան չի հարգել զենքի բեռնարգելքի մասին որոշումը Լիբիայում եւ ագրեսիվ գործողություններ է իրականացրել Միջերկրական ծովի արևելքում:

«Ես շեշտում եմ, որ Թուրքիան տարածաշրջանում ունի կայսերական հակումներ, և կարծում եմ, որ այդ կայսերական հակումները իրենցից լավ բան չեն ներկայացնում տարածաշրջանի կայունության համար: Այսքանը եւ վերջ», ասել է Էմանուել Մակրոնը:

Ֆրանսիայի և Թուրքիայի միջև լարվածությունը շարունակվում է արդեն մի քանի շաբաթ, ինչն իր գագաթնակետին հասավ անցյալ շաբաթ, երբ Էրդողանը կասկածի տակ առավ Մակրոնի հոգեկան առողջությունը:

Ֆրանսիան դրան պատասխանեց Անկարայում իր դեսպանին խորհրդակցությունների համար հետ կանչելու խիստ ու անսովոր քայլով:
