Երբ հարցերն ավելի խոսուն են պատասխաններից. գերմանական ADR-ի լրագրողն Ալիևին ստիպել է խոսել ցավոտ թեմաներից

Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը կասկածի տակ է դրել Amnesty International և Human Rights Watch միջազգային հեղինակավոր իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպությունների անաչառությունը: Գերմանական ARD-ի թղթակիցը, Ալիևի հետ հարցազրույցում վկայակոչելով միջազգային այդ կազմակերպությունների զեկույցները, հիշեցրել է, որ փաստեր կան Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում կասետային զինատեսակներ կիրառելու վերաբերյալ: Ալիևը բողոքել է, թե նրանք հակամարտության առնչությամբ աշխատում են միայն հայկական կողմի հետ, ինչը կասկածի տակ է դնում իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպությունների անաչառությունը, գրում է «Արմենպրես»-ը:
Օլիվեր Մայեր-Ռութը, որն ի դեպ ARD-ի արտասահմանյան թղթակիցն է Ստամբուլում, ընդգծել է՝ իրավապաշտպաններն ասել են՝ ցանկանում են մեկնել Բաքու, քանիցս դիմել են, բայց մերժվել: Գերմանական լրատվամիջոցի ձեռքի տակ հայտնվել են Human Rights Watch-ի ուսումնասիրությունները, որոնք հետաքրքիր ապացույցներ են պարունակում՝ լուսանկարներից մինչև կիրառվող զինատեսակի անվանումը: Նշվում է, որ իսրայելական LAR-160 համազարկային կայանքների կասետային արկեր են կիրառվել: Ադրբեջանի նախագահի համար այդ ապացույցները ոչինչ են, նա ի պատասխան ասել է, թե իրենք չեն օգտագործում նման զենքեր, ավելին՝ իբր պաշտպանվում են:
Կասետային զինատեսակներ չկիրառելու վերաբերյալ ՄԱԿ-ի կոնվենցիան չստորագրելու մասին լրագրողի հարցին Ալիևը հարցով է պատասխանում՝ իսկ Հայաստանը ստորագրե՞լ է: Լրագրողը թույլ չի տվել Ալիևին ծավալվել՝ ընդհատելով. «Մենք հիմա խոսում ենք Ադրբեջանի մասին, ոչ թե Հայաստանի»:
Ալիևը կրկնել է իր թեզն իբր Ադրբեջանը պատրաստ է հենց այսօր դադարեցնել ռազմական գործողությունները, եթե հայկական կողմը դադարեցնի կրակը: Նա մեղադրել է հայկական կողմին հրադադարի երեք պայմանավորվածությունները խախտելու մեջ: Գերմանացի լրագրողը ստիպված է եղել հիշեցնել նրան՝ հայկական կողմն Ադրբեջանին է մեղադրում հրադադարի խախտումների մեջ:
Ալիևի մյուս աբսուրդ հայտարարությունը վերաբերել է Շուշիի Ղազանչեցոց եկեղեցու ռմբակոծմանը. «Այն կարող էր լինել մեր հրետանու վրիպման արդյունք կամ երկրորդ տարբերակը՝ հայերն իրենք են դա արել»: Պատասխանն առաջացրել է լրագրողի տարակուսանքը. «Քրիստոնյան հարվածել է իր եկեղեցո՞ւն»: Ալիևի պատասխանն ավելի ապշեցուցիչ է. ըստ նրա՝ հասցված վնասը նշանակալի չէ, եկեղեցին չի քանդվել, փոքր վնաս է, որը կարելի է վերականգնել երկու շաբաթում:
Լրագրողը մեջբերել է փորձագիտական կարծիքներ, որ պատերազմն սկսել է Ալիևը՝ սեփական հասարակության և միջազգային հանրության ուշադրությունը շեղելու Ադրբեջանում ժողովրդավարության և մարդու իրավունքների խնդիրներից: Ադրբեջանի նախագահը չի համաձայնել դիտարկմանը, ինչին հակադարձել է լրագրողը՝ իսկ ադրբեջանական բանտերում միթե քիչ են ընդդիմադիրները:
Ալիևը կրկին ստել է՝ ասելով, որ թուրքական F-16-երը չեն մասնակցում մարտական գործողություններին: Նա չի վարանել կրկին մեղադրելու ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրներին՝ Ռուսաստանին, Ֆրանսիային և ԱՄՆ-ին անգործության մեջ:
