Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանն անդրադարձել է Ադրբեջանի կողմից ֆոսֆորային զինամթերք օգտագործելու փաստին

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանն անդրադարձել է Ադրբեջանի կյողմից Արցախում ֆոսֆորային զինամթերք օգտագործելուն: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ Մնացականյանը «Թվիթեր»-ի իր միկրոբլոգում կատարել է հետևյալ գրառումը.

«Այս անգամ Ադրբեջանը ֆոսֆորային զինամթերք է օգտագործել Արցախում՝ անտառների վրա, բնակավայրերի մոտակայքում, որտեղ բազմաթիվ խաղաղ բնակիչներ են ապրում:

Այն, ինչ անում է Ադրբեջանը, ստանձնած պարտավորությունների նկատմամբ լիակատար անհարգալից վերաբերմունք, շարունակվող ագրեսիա, խաղաղ բնակչության ոչնչացում և արգելված զենքի օգտագործում է»:

Հայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը հոկտեմբերի 30-ին հայտնել էր, որ Հայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի հրատապ քննության արդյունքներով, Արցախի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի փաստահավաք աշխատանքներով հաստատվել է Ադրբեջանի կողմից ֆոսֆոր պարունակող զենքի օգտագործման փաստը: «Ադրբեջանն օգտագործում է, ըստ այս պահի տվյալների, ֆոսֆոր պարունակող զենք, որն ունի քիմիական զենքի տարրեր: Դա անում է քաղաքացիական բնակավայրերի հարևանությամբ գտնվող անտառների նկատմամբ: Հայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի հրատապ քննության արդյունքներով, Արցախի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի փաստահավաք աշխատանքներով հաստատվել է ոչ միայն այս փաստը, այլ նաև պարզվել է, որ անտառներում թե՛ ցերեկային, թե՛ գիշերային ժամերին զինված հարձակումներից պատսպարվում են նաև խաղաղ բնակիչներ: Այսինքն՝ զանգվածային ոչնչացման բնույթի այս զինատեսակը ներկայում ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կողմից օգտագործվում է շրջակա միջավայրի ու նաև քաղաքացիական բնակիչների դեմ: Դրա կիրառությունը նման պայմաններում միջազգային իրավունքի ակնհայտ արգելքների ներքո է»,- «Ֆեյսբուք»-ի իր էջում գրել էր  Թաթոյանը:
