Հայկական կողմին փոխանցված մեկ քաղաքացիական անձը ճանաչվել է որպես տուժող և հարցաքննվել.ՔԿ
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի քրեագիտական վարչությունում շարունակվում է Արցախի Հանրապետության շփման գծի ողջ երկայնքով Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության կողմից սանձազերծված և վարվող ագրեսիվ պատերազմի, միջազգային ահաբեկչության, զինված ընդհարումների ժամանակ միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի նորմերի լուրջ խախտումներ կատարելու, զինված ընդհարման ժամանակ հանցավոր հրաման արձակելու, վարձկանության դեպքերով հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը։
Վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի կողմից որոշում է կայացվել՝ սույն թվականի հոկտեմբերի 29-ին ԿԽՄԿ-ի ջանքերով ադրբեջանական կողմից ՀՀ վերադարձված քաղաքացիական անձին որպես տուժող ճանաչելու մասին, նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական և դատաքիմիական փորձաքննություններ։ Ստորև` տեսանյությում, ներկայացվում է նշված անձի հարցաքննությունից մեկ հատված։
Տեղեկացնում ենք նաև, որ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության վեցերորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնի և քրեագիտական վարչության ծառայողները նույն օրը մասնակցել են ռազմական գործողությունների ընթացքում 29 զոհված հայ զինծառայողների մարմինների՝ հայկական կողմին փոխանցման գործընթացին և տեղում, ՀՀ ԱՆ դատաբժշկական փորձաքննությունների գիտագործնական կենտրոնի դատաբժիշկ փորձագետների մասնակցությամբ, զուգահեռ իրականացրել զոհված զինծառայողների դիակների նախնական արտաքին զննություն:
Հայտնում ենք նաև, որ այսօր ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ծառայողներից կամավոր զինվորագրված ևս մեկ խումբ մեկնել է մարտական ծառայության և միացել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի գլխավորությամբ մարտական ծառայություն իրականացնող ծառայողներին:
