Դեռ ուսումնասիրում ենք հակառակորդի կողմից ֆոսֆորային արկերի և միջոցների կիրառությունը։ Այս մասին ասուլիսի ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ ՊՆ ներկայացուցիչ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը:
«Կարող եմ ասել, որ ընդհանուր առմամբ, Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի խաղաղ բնակչության նկատմամբ կիրառվել են մարդկանց դեմ արգելված զինատեսակներ, և սա պետք է լինի աշխարհի ուշադրության կենտրոնում։ Արցախի հայությունը ենթարկվում է ագրեսիայի Ադրբեջանի կողմից, և եթե որևէ մեկը այսքանից հետո աշխարհի ցանկացած մասում կարծում է, որ Արցախը չունի լեգիտիմ իրավունք՝ Ադրբեջանի տարածքում նշելու և ոչնչացնելու թիրախները, որտեղից իրականացվում է ագրեսիան Արցախի հայության դեմ, ապա պետք է այս ամենի մասին ուղղակի մտածի»,- ասաց Հովհաննիսյանը:
«Այսքանից հետո շատ հաճախ խոսվում է Արցախի հայության խաղաղ համակեցության մասին Ադրբեջանի կազմում, ինչն ուղղակի ծիծաղելի է, մեղմ ասած։ Թող մտածեն Ադրբեջանում, թե ինչպես պիտի հադրութեցի պապիկին գնդակահարելուց հետո փորձեն նրա թոռների հետ խաղաղ համակեցությամբ ապրել Արցախում, որն ուզում են գրավել»,- հավելեց նա:
