Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը հոկտեմբերի 30-ին ընդունել է Բելգիայի Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի պատգամավոր Ժորժ Դալմանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը:

Երկրի ղեկավարը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել բելգիացի պատգամավորին՝ արցախահայության համար պատերազմական ծանր ժամանակահատվածում Արցախ այցելելու և տեղում անձամբ իրավիճակին ծանոթանալու համար: Նախագահ Հարությունյանի խոսքով՝ շատ կարևոր է, որպեսզի քաղաքակիրթ մարդկությունը ոչ միայն տեղյակ լինի օբյեկտիվ իրականությունից, այլև կոնկրետ միջոցներ ձեռնարկի տարածաշրջանում ռազմական գործողությունները կանխելու և նախահարձակ կողմի նկատմամբ համապատասխան պատժամիջոցներ կիրառելու ուղղությամբ: 

«Ցավոք, մենք տեսնում ենք, որ Հարավային Կովկասում թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի կողմից նախաձեռնված այս պատերազմը, որտեղ ներգրավվել են նաև ահաբեկչական տարբեր խմբավորումներ, ծավալվում է արդեն դեպի Եվրոպա, և ֆրանսիական քաղաքներում օրերս տեղի ունեցած իրադարձությունները դրա վառ վկայությունն են»,- ասել է նախագահը և հավելել, որ Արցախում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունների նկատմամբ միջազգային հանրության անգործությունը որևէ կերպ արդարացված չէ:

Բելգիայի Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի պատգամավոր Ժորժ Դալմանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Հանրապետության նախագահին ջերմ ընդունելության համար և նշել, որ ցնցված է տեսածով, թե ինչ վայրագություններ են իրականացվում Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի խաղաղ բնակչության նկատմամբ:

«Հաստատումներն այն մասին, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից ներգրավված են նաև վարձկան-ահաբեկիչներ, վկայում են, որ պաշտոնական Բաքուն ահաբեկչության նոր օջախ է փորձում ստեղծել: Եվ դա արվում է Թուրքիայի բարձր հովանավորությամբ: Սա անթույլատրելի երևույթ է, և եթե այսօր անհապաղ միջոցներ չձեռնարկվեն այդ գործողությունները զսպելու համար, մեծ մտավախություն ունեմ, որ, նրանց հաջողության դեպքում աշխարհը շատ ավելի թանկ է վճարելու»,- ասել է Ժորժ Դալմանը:

Հանդիպմանը, որին մասնացում էին ԱՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Մասիս Մայիլյանը, ՀՅԴ Եվրոպայի Հայ դատի գրասենյակի հաղորդակցության և հանրային կապերի պատասխանատու Հարութ Շիրինյանը, ՀՅԴ Եվրոպայի Հայ դատի գրասենյակի Մերձավոր Արևելքի հետ կապերի պատասխանատու Պետրոս Պետրոսյանը,  պաշտոնատար այլ անձինք, քննարկվել են նաև հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորմանը վերաբերող մի շարք հարցեր:
