Ռազմական փորձագետ Կարեն Վրթանեսյանն իր էջում գրում է.

«Ի դեպ, Ալիևը որ իր բոլոր ելույթներում շեշտում է, թե իբր Նիկոլն ասաց, որ Արցախը Հայաստան է, բա այդպիսի վիրավորանքից հետո ո՞նց պատերազմ չսկսեր, ու որպես զուսպ լինելու օրինակ էլ Սերժ Սարգսյանին ու Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին է բերում, բնականաբար ստում է։

Ստում է ու հերթական մուտիլովկան անում, որ Հայաստանում իշխանության և ընդդիմության անուղեղ հետևորդներն իր այդ պասով իրար երեսին թռնեն։

Առնվազն 2 անգամ Սերժ Սարգսյանը հրապարակայնորեն ասել է, որ Արցախը դիտարկում է որպես Հայաստանի մաս։ Տեղին է ասել, ճիշտ ժամանակին։

Ու Ալիևը դա կուլ է տվել։

Ուղղակի նայեք լուսանկարը 2014 օգոստոսին Սոչիում Սարգսյան-Ալիև-Պուտին հանդիպումից։ Նույնիսկ բառերը կարևոր չեն, ժեստով է ստորացնում Իլհամին...

Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի ժամանակով առավել ևս անհավատալի է, որ Իլհամը ռիսկ աներ լեզվին տալ։ 2003–08 թվականներին Ադրբեջանում դեռ շատ վառ էին առաջին պատերազմում կերած քոթակի մասին հիշողությունները։

Առավել ևս, որ այն ժամանակ, երբ Սերժն ու Ռոբերտը կռվում էին, Իլհամը Մոսկվայում ու Ստամբուլում կայֆավատ էր լինում։

Ալիևը կուտ է տալիս, որ մենք իրար բզկտենք, իրար ուտենք։ Այո՛, Հայաստանի ներսում շատ հաշիվներ կան պարզելու, մաքրելու ու փակելու, բայց ոչ թշնամու ուղղորդմամբ ու պասերով։

Մի՛ թողեք, որ Ալիևը, Հագգին․ազն ու ադրբեջանական մնացած տեղեկատվական աղբանոցները Հայաստանի ներսում ասող լինեն։ Մի քիչ հարգեք ինքներդ ձեզ»։
