Պատերազմի ժամանակ պարգևավճարը խայտառակություն է

Թերթերից մեկն այսօր գրել է, որ պետական բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաները՝ նախարարներ, փոխնախարարներ, շարունակում են առաջվա նման պարգեւավճարներ ստանալ։ «ՀՀ աշխատանքի եւ սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Զարուհի Բաթոյանը սեպտեմբեր ամսին ստացել է 603 հազար 198 դրամ աշխատավարձ եւ 962 հազար 305 դրամ պարգեւավճար (օգոստոս ամսվա համար):
Սեպտեմբերին ստացված ողջ գումարը՝ 1 մլն 500 հազար դրամ, նախարար Բաթոյանն ուղղել է Զինծառայողների ապահովագրության հիմնադրամին: Հոկտեմբեր ամսին նախարարը ստացել է 459 հազար 577 դրամ աշխատավարձ եւ 896 հազար 800 դրամ պարգեւատրում (սեպտեմբեր ամսվա համար)»:
Ասեմ շատ անկեղծ՝ չեմ ուզում հավատալ այս տեղեկատվությանը, մյուս կողմից՝ ներկայացված կոնկրետ թվերը չեն կարող մասնավոր բնույթ կրել ու կեղծիք լինել։
Դարձյալ հավատարիմ կմնամ պատերազմի ժամանակ իշխանությանը չքննադատելու սկզբունքին, սակայն մի քանի դիտարկում չանել չեմ կարող։
«Պարգևվաճար» կոչվող խայտառակությանը վերջ տվեք, պատերազմը դրա համար լավ առիթ էր։ Գոնե հիմա կարող էիք ցույց տալ, որ ձեր համար երկրորդական-երրորդական են իշխանության բաիրքները կամ գոնե գիտակցեիք, որ պատերազմող երկրում ոչ թե պարգևավճար են ստանում, այլ նույնիսկ աշխատավարձի մի մասն են բանակին ուղղում։
Ակնկալում եմ՝ վարչապետի մակարդակով լսել հայտարարություն, որ առնվազն պատերազմի ժամանակ դադարեցվում են բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների պարգևավճարները։ Պատերազմի ժամանակ պարգևավճարը խայտառակություն է։
