«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Ինչպես հայտնի է, ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահական հերթական ընտրությունները նախատեսվում է անցկացնել երեքշաբթի՝ 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 3-ին։ Ստարտային առավելություն կողմերից մեկը չունի, ու հենց դրանով է պայմանավորված, որ բավականին ակտիվ, երբեմն ագրեսիվ նախընտրական քարոզչություն է գնում, և երկու թեկնածուի համար էլ յուրաքանչյուր մեկ ձայնն ունի վճռորոշ նշանակություն։ Այս հարցում առանցքային դերակատարություն ունի ԱՄՆ-ի հայ քաղաքացիների դերակատարությունը, ուստի երկու թեկնածուներն էլ ամեն կերպ փորձում են սիրաշահել և խոստումներ տալ հայերին, սակայն փորձագիտական շրջանակները կարծում են, որ սա պարզապես նախընտրական գործընթաց է, և ընտրություններից հետո թեկնածուները կարող են և «մոռանալ» իրենց «սիրաշահումները»։ Մյուս կողմից՝ այս օրերին, մասնակի բացառություններով, նկատելի պասիվություն, ինչ-որ տեղ նաև անտարբերություն է ցուցաբերում Եվրոպան՝ աչք փակելով ադրբեջանաթուրքական ագրեսիայի նկատմամբ և սովորույթի ուժով հավասարության նշան դնելով։
Այսուամենայնիվ, ներհայաստանյան արևմտամոլ որոշ շրջանակներ, որոնք միշտ ֆինանսավորվել են «արևմուտքից», շարունակում են մնալ «գծի մեջ»: Օրեր առաջ նրանցից ոմանք փորձեցին ցույց տալ, թե իրենք հակառուս չեն, սակայն, ըստ երևույթին, դեղին քարտ ստացան, ու այս օրերին առիթը բաց չեն թողնում «կպնել» Ռուսաստանին, հիշել «ռուսական զենքի» մասին, համապատասխան տրամադրություններ ձևավորելու փորձեր անել: Կարևորը՝ հանկարծ չշեղվեն «գծից»: Այդուամենայնիվ, փորձագետների մեծամասնությունը մեկ անգամ չէ, որ շեշտել և շեշտում է Ռուսաստանի կարևոր դերակատարությունն ու ջանքերը հակամարտության կարգավորման գործում:
