Հանրային ռադիոյի նախկին տնօրեն Արմեն Ամիրյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ, Հանրային ռադիոյի սիրելի ունկնդիրներ, աշխատակիցներ,
Երեկ աշխատանքից ազատվելու իմ դիմումի առթիվ տարատեսակ մեկնաբանություններ սկսվեցին, որոնցից որևէ մեկն իրականության հետ որևէ աղերս չունի:Հանրային ռադիոյի աշխատակիցներին ուղղված իմ շնորհակալական խոսքում շատ հստակ շարադրել էի աշխատանքից ազատվելու դիմումիս դրդապատճառը, մեջբերում եմ. <<Սիրելի գործընկերներ , ես աշխատանքից ազատվելու դիմում եմ ներկայացրել և մասնակցելու եմ հանրային հեռուստառադիոընկերության խորհրդի անդամի թափուր պաշտոնի համար հայտարարված մրցույթին>>:
Խնդրում եմ դադարեցնել տարատեսակ մեկնաբանությունները: Աշխատանքից ազատվելու դիմումս սահմանադրության հանրաքվեի հետ որևէ կապ չունի, կառավարության աշխատակազմի հետ ես որևէ խնդիր չունեմ, Ռուբեն Զաղինյանի հետ հարաբերությունները ոչ միայն լարված չեն, այլ` առավել քան բարեկամական են:
Հեռուստատեսության և ռադիոյի ոլորտում իմ երեք տասնամյակից ավել կուտակած փորձը, մասնագիտական գիտելիքներն ու կարողությունները ես ցանկանում եմ օգտագործել մեր ոլորտի ավելի լայն շրջանակի համար: Ուստի աշխատանքից ազատվելու և խորհրդի կազմում ընդգրկվելու ցանկությունն ու որոշումը բացառապես իմն է: Եվ քանի որ հեռուստատեսության և ռադիոյի մասին օրենքն արգելում է հանրային լրատվամիջոցի տնօրենին մասնակցել հանրային հեռուստառադիոընկերության խորհրդի անդամի թափուր պաշտոի մրցույթին, հետևաբար, ես իմ կամքով ներկայացրեցի աշխատանքից ազատման դիմում:
Կրկին խնդրում եմ չշահարկել այս հարցը, չթիրախավորել և անհիմն չմեկնաբանել: Այլապես, նոր աշխատանքի հետ կապված իմ բարի և դրական ցանկությունը արժեզրկվում է:
Հուսով եմ, որ սա կլինի թեմայի շուրջ վերջին գրառումը ոչ միայն իմ, այլ նաև զանգվածային լրատվամիջոցների իմ գործընկերների կողմից:
