Ինչո՞ւ Հայաստանը պատրաստ չէր կորոնավիրուսի երկրորդ ալիքին. «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է.
«Պատերազմի երկրորդ ճակատում իրավիճակը շարունակում է ծանր մնալ: Հայաստանում անցած մեկ օրում կորոնավիրուսի դեպքերի թիվն աճել է 1600-ով՝ հասնելով 80 հազար 410-ի, գրանցվել է հիվանդությունից մահվան եւս 26 դեպք: Դրա հետ մեկտեղ որոշում է կայացվել երկարաձգել դպրոցների աշնանային արձակուրդը եւս երկու շաբաթով՝ մինչեւ նոյեմբերի 12-ը ներառյալ:
Ակնհայտ է, որ Հայաստանը պատրաստ չէր կորոնավիրուսի երկրորդ ալիքին: Դա են վկայում նաեւ այն հայտարարությունները, որոնք ամեն օր արվում են՝ ցույց տալով, թե ինչ վիճակում են առողջապահական համակարգն ու մահճակալային ֆոնդը: Այնինչ այս ընթացքը պետք է օգտագործվեր առկա բացերը լրացնելու եւ կորոնավիրուսի երկրորդ ալիքին պատրաստվելու համար:
Նախօրեին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանը հայտնել էր. «Covid-19 սպասարկող այս պահին ունենք ծավալված 2315 սովորական մահճակալ եւ 281 վերակենդանացման մահճակալ: Այսինքն՝ դա մոտավորապես 2600 մահճակալ է եւ կավելանա մի փոքր էլ, շատ փոքր բժշկական կենտրոններում՝ միգուցե մինչեւ մոտ 200, եւ, հավանաբար, դրա վրա կանգ կառնի, քանի որ պարզապես ֆիզիկապես հնարավոր չէ ավելացնել»:
Այսինքն՝ այս պահին կրկին շարունակվում են մահճակալների ավելացման աշխատանքներ, այնինչ դա կարելի էր անել այն ժամանակ, երբ կորոնավիրուսի ալիքը թեթեւացել էր, եւ առողջապահական համակարգը մի փոքր շնչում էր, պատերազմն էլ չէր սկսվել։
Այնինչ ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանը, կարծես թե, զարմացել է, որ գոյություն ունի կորոնավիրուսի երկրորդ ալիք, եւ միայն հիմա են որոշել մահճակալներ ավելացնել այն դեպքում, երբ այժմ բժշկական կենտրոնները պետք է օգնեն վիրավոր զինվորներին: Նկատենք, որ բժշկական հաստատություններից շատերը կրկին վերապրոֆիլացվել էին եւ դարձել էին սովորական հաստատություններ, այլ ոչ թե սպասարկում էին միայն կորոնավիրուսով հիվանդներին։
Ստացվում է՝ վարակի նահանջի «ոսկե ժամանակը» չօգտագործվեց 2-րդ ալիքին պատրաստվելու համար։ Ինչո՞ւ: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը մեկնաբանության համար դիմեց ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի մամուլի քարտուղար Ալինա Նիկողոսյանին, սակայն նրանից մեկնաբանություն ստանալ չհաջողվեց»:
