Ի՞նչ ունենք արցախյան պատերազմից մեկ ամիս անց. իրավիճակի ամփոփում. «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է.

«Արցախում սկսված պատերազմից անցել է ուղիղ մեկ ամիս. այսօր հոկտեմբերի 27-ն է: Այսպիսով, ի՞նչ ունենք պատերազմից մեկ ամիս անց: Հոկտեմբերի 26-ի դրությամբ հայկական կողմն ունի 974 զոհ, իսկ հրապարակված քարտեզի համաձայն՝ ադրբեջանական կողմի տիրապետության տակ է գտնվում Թալիշ գյուղը եւ Հադրութի շրջանը՝ ոչ ամբողջությամբ:

Երեկ հայկական կողմը ներկայացրել է ադրբեջանական կողմի կորուստները: Ըստ այդմ, ադրբեջանական կողմը հոկտեմբերի 26-ի դրությամբ ունի խոցված 220 ԱԹՍ, 16 ուղղաթիռ, 24 ինքնաթիռ, 600 զրահատեխնիկա, 6 ՏՈՍ եւ 6674 զոհ: Չնայած պատերազմից դեռ մեկ ամիս է անցել, սակայն, ինչպես ընդգծում են բազմաթիվ մասնագետներ, որպես հինգերորդ սերնդի պատերազմ՝ այն իր չափերով եւ ինտենսիվությամբ անհամեմատելի է մինչ այժմ աշխարհում եղած շատ ռազմական գործողությունների հետ:

Օրինակ՝ Դոնբասում տեղի ունեցած պատերազմը ձգվեց հինգ տարի, սակայն դրանք այդքան ինտենսիվ չէին: 2014-ի գարնանից մինչեւ 2019-ի նոյեմբեր ամիսը Դոնբասում տեղի ունեցած պատերազմի հետեւանքով զոհվել է 3 խաղաղ բնակիչ: ՄԱԿ-ի գնահատմամբ՝ հրետակոծման ժամանակ վիրավորվել է մոտ 9 հազար մարդ, իսկ 1 միլիոն 300 հազար մարդ դարձել են ներքին տեղահանված անձինք:

Նկատենք, որ ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինն էլ օրեր առաջ իր խոսքում նշել էր, որ Աֆղանստանում պատերազմի 10 տարիների ընթացքում խորհրդային բանակում զոհվել է 13 հազար մարդ, իսկ այստեղ այս կարճ ժամանակահատվածում՝ մոտ 5 հազարը: Այս մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում հումանիտար հրադադարի հասնելու արդեն երեք անհաջող փորձ է կատարվել:

Վերջինը հոկտեմբերի 25-ին էր, երբ ԱՄՆ-ն հայտարարեց հոկտեմբերի 26-ին՝ առավոտյան ժամը 8:00-ից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում նոր հումանիտար հրադադար հաստատելու մասին, սակայն Ադրբեջանը մինչեւ այսօր էլ խախտում է հրադադարի վերաբերյալ բոլոր 3 պայմանավորվածությունները»:
