Այսօր առավոտյան Բաքուն խախտեց նաև երրորդ՝ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի միջնորդությամբ հաստատված հումանիտար հրադադարը: Հիշեցնենք, որ մինչ այդ նմանատիպ երկու համաձայնություն էր ձևակերպվել ՌԴ և Ֆրանսիայի ջանքերով: Ընդ որում, ուշագրավ է, որ փաստացի թշնամու ՊՆ-ն դեռ գիշերն էր տեղեկացել, որ հայերը պատրաստվում են առավոտ կանուխ առաջին հերթին լծվեն հրադադարի ռեժիմը խախտելուն և այդ մասին թվիթ էր տեղադրել, հետագայում, իհարկե, հասկանալով իր կոպիտ սխալը, թվիթը ջնջել էին՝ տեղադրելով ժամը 8:00-ից հետո` այսպիսով մատնելով իրենց իրական նպատակները:

Հասկանալի էր, որ այս հրադադարը նույնպես անչափ փխրուն է լինելու, քանի որ Բաքվի և Անկարայի պլանների մեջ պատերազմը ավարտելը չի մտնում: Բաքուն՝ Անկարայի աջակցությամբ, հերթով վարկաբեկում է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի բոլոր համանախագահների միջնորդական ջանքերը, այսպիսով փորձելով այդ ֆորմատի մեջ ներգրավել Թուրքիային: Սակայն, Էրդողանը և Ալիևը, մեղմ ասած, սխալվել են իրենց հաշվարկների մեջ: Այսօր ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբ Թուրքիայի ներգրավումը ձեռնտու է միայն Ադրբեջանին: Թե ՌԴ, Ֆրանսիա, ԱՄՆ ղեկավարները, թե միջազգային այլ կառույցների ղեկավարներ միանշանակ դեմ են արտահայտվել բանակցային ֆորմատի փոփոխությանը և հարավային Կովկասում Թուրքիայի ամրապնդմանը: Հասկանալի է, որ Ալիևի ձեռքերով պատերազմ հրահրելով` Թուրքիան հենց այս խնդիրն է լուծում, այն է՝ դառնալ տարածաշրջանի մոդեռատորներից մեկը: 

Սակայն, Էրդողանը այդ խնդիրը լուծելու հարցում ինչպես ասում են՝ անչափ հեռու է գնացել: Վերջին օրերին Թուրքիայի վարչապետի հայտարարությունները ուղղված գերտերություններին և դրանց լիդերներին, մեղմ ասած, տարակուսելի են: Սկզբում Էրդողանը հոգեկան հիվանդ անվանեց Ֆրանսիայի ղեկավար Էմանուել Մակրոնին, ինչից հետո Ֆրանսիան հետ կանչեց Անկարայից իր դեսպանին: Էրդողանի այս մարազմատիկ քայլը քննադատեց նաև ԵՄ ղեկավարությունը: Սակայն, Թուրքիայի ղեկավարը, ով ըստ էության ինքը ունի որոշակի հոգեկան խնդիրների բուժման կարիք, շարունակեց նույն ոգով մատ թափ տալ, այս անգամ ոչ միայն Ֆրանսիայի, այլ նաև ԱՄՆ-ի վրա: Էրդողանը սրտնեղել է, որ իր եղբոր` Իլհամի վրա ԱՄՆ-ն ճնշում է գործադրում և հայտարարում է, որ ամերիկացիները չգիտեն՝ ում հետ գործ ունեն: 

Թուրքիայի այս պահվածքը ազատում է գերտերությունների ձեռքերը և լեգիտիմ իրավունք տալիս՝ Էրդողանի քաղաքական ամբիցիաները զսպելու նպատակով գնալ ավելի կտրուկ քայլերի՝ ընդհուպ մինչև Արցախի միջազգային ճանաչում: Պատահակն չէ, որ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Թրամփը Արցախը համեմատում է Կոսովոյի, իսկ ՌԴ նախագահ Պուտինը՝ Ղրիմի հետ: Այս տենդենցը պետք է որ լրջորեն մտահոգի Էրդողանին և իր արբանյակ Ալիևին: Բացի այդ, հասկանալի է, որ այժմ միջազգային հանրությունը և հատկապես գերտերությունները կարող են կիրառել նաև տնտեսական և զենքի վաճառքի հետ առնչվող պատժամիջոցներ Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ: Չի կարելի բացառել նաև ռեալ հակաահաբեկչական օպերացիան Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի տարածքում, հատկապես, որ նման օպերացիա իրականացնելու կոչով ՌԴ-ին և Իրանին էր դիմել Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը: Մի բան ակնհայտ է՝ ճնշումը Էրդողան-Ալիև տանդեմի վրա ահագնանում է, և վերջիններս ակնհայտորեն հայտնվել են իրենց իսկ լարած ծուղակում…
