Այս պահի դրությամբ ռազմական ակտիվ գործողություններ են ընթանում Արցախի Հանրապետության հարավ-արեւելյան սահմանում: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց Արցախի նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակ Վահրամ Պողոսյանը:

«Մասնավորապես, հակառակորդն օգտագործում է թե հրետանի, թե դիվերսիոն գործողություններ: Օրվա ընթացքում նաեւ օգտագործեց ռազմական ավիացիա: Կարող ենք միանշանակ ասել, որ այն պահից, երբ պետք է ուժի մեջ մտնել ԱՄՆ-ում երեկ ձեռք բերված հումանիտար հրադադարի մասին պայմանավորվածությոնը, ընդամենը րոպեներ անց Ադրբեջանի կողմից կրկին Արցախի նկատմամբ սկսվել է ռազմական ակտիվ ագրեսիան, եւ այս պահին այն շարունակվում է»,-ասաց նա:

Վահրամ Պողոսյանի խոսքով, սահմանի մյուս հատվածներում վիճակը համեմատաբար ավելի հանգիստ է. «Ասինքն լարվածությունն արտահայտվում է հիմնականում տարբեր զինատեսակներից կրակոցներով մեր դիրքերի վրա: Բայց առավել եւ ինտենսիվ հատվածը հարավ-արեւելյան հատվածն է: Ավիացիան հիմնականում օգտագործվել է խաղաղ բնակավայրերը ռմբակոծելու նպատակով, որտեղ որեւէ ռազմական օբյեկտ չկա»,-ընդգծեց նա՝ հավելելով, որ այս պահին ճշտում են, թե այդ հարվածներից ինչ վնասներ են պատճառվել բնակավայրերին:

Վահրամ Պողոսյանը նշեց, որ տարբեր ուղղություններով հրետակոծություններ կամ հրթիռակոծություններ լինում  են, օրինակ այսօր Ստեփանակերտում մի քանի անգամ օդային տագնապ է եղել:

«Այն, որ թե խաղաղ բնակավայրերի, թե մեր դիրքերի ուղղությամբ բավականին ինտենսիվ գործողություններ են իրականացվում, եւ սա խոսում է այն մասին, որ Ադրբեջանը որեւէ պայմանավորվածություն չի հարգում: Մենք գիտենք, որ դեռեւս հոկտեմբերի 10-ին պետք է ուժի մեջ մտներ Մոսկվայում ձեռք բերված հումանիտար հրադադարի մասին պայմանավորվածությունը: Ադրբեջանը կոպտորեն այն խախտեց՝ փորձելով սուտ եւ կեղծ տեղեկությունների միջոցով այն բարդել հայկական կողմի վրա, որ իբրեւ հայկական կողմն է խախտել: Հետագայում արդեն ֆրանսիական ջանքերը որեւէ արդյունք չտվեցին, իսկ այսօր արդեն ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից գործադրված ջանքերը եւս Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների կողմից որեւէ կերպով չհարգվեցին»,-ասաց նա:
