Արցախի ՊԲ նախկին խոսնակ Սենոր Հասրաթյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է․
«Չնայած արցախա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծում արդեն երրորդ անգամ հումանիտար հրադադարի հաստատման ուղղությամբ գործադրվող ջանքերին (այս անգամ ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից), այդուհանդերձ միամտություն կլիներ կարծել, որ այն իրականում կմտնի համակարգված գործողության մեջ, քանի որ տարածաշրջանային ընթացիկ զարգացումների գլխավոր նախաձեռնողն ու թելադրողը ոչ թե Ադրբեջանն է, այլ Թուրքիան: Լիարժեք հրադադար հաստատելու և դրանից հետո պատերազմը վերջնականապես ավարտելու համար կա մեկ իրական ճանապարհ՝ ճանաչել Արցախի անկախությունը և Բաքվին ստիպել հաշտվել ստեղծված իրողության հետ: Իսկ դա կարող ենք անել բացառապես մենք՝ մեր ռազմական դիմացկունությամբ ու դիվանագիտական խոհեմությամբ աշխարհին համոզելով, որ այս երկիրն իրավամբ վաստակել է ազատ ու անկախ ապրելու իրավունք և արժանի է հարգանքի: Որքան էլ դժվար, բայց, շնորհիվ մարտադաշտում ամեն օր հերոսացող մեր նվիրյալների, հաստատուն ընթացքով մենք հասնելու ենք այդ վեհ նպատակին, ՀԱՎԱՏԱՑԵՔ»:
