Հայրապետյանը չի կարծում, որ Ադրբեջանում բնակավայրերի սահմանափակումների իրական պատճառը Covid-19-ն է

Ազգային ժողովի «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր, ադրբեջանագետ Տաթևիկ Հայրապետյանը չի կարծում, որ Ադրբեջանում որոշ բնակավայրերում սահմանափակումներ մտցնելու իրական պատճառը կորոնավիրուսի համավարակն է: Պատգամավորը նման կարծիք հայտնեց «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում:
«Այդպիսի համայնքների թիվը գնալով աճում է, բացի դրանից, հիշեցնեմ, որ օրեր առաջ Ադրբեջանում հայտարարել են, որ բացի համալսարաններից, դպրոցներից ու մանկապարտեզներից, փակվում է նաև մետրոն, այդ տեսանկյունից հետաքրքրական է: Նշում էին, որ ինչ-որ բաներից վախենում են, հնարավոր ահաբեկչական գործողություններից ու հենց երեկ դրա վերաբերյալ հայտարարություն տարածեց նաև ԱՄՆ դեսպանատունը: Այս բնակավայրերը, որոնք փակվում են, լեզգիաբնակ և թալիշաբնակ բնակավայրեր են, կարծում եմ, որ պատճառը չի կարող լինել համավարակը»,- նշեց Հայրապետյանը:
Տաթևիկ Հայրապետյանը հավելեց, որ այս օրերին Ադրբեջանում հավարակի թվի աճ կա, բայց սահմանափակումների իրական պատճառը պետք է փնտրել այլ տեղ:
«Համավարակի աճ կա, բնականաբար, ինչը նաև պատերազմով է պայմանավորված: Ադրբեջանում այս ընթացքում թվերն աճում են, բայց բուն պատճառները պետք է փնտրել այլ տեղ: Ադրբեջանական կողմը երկրում տեսնում է ինչ-որ հնարավոր վտանգներ, ռիսկեր, որոնց նկատմամբ փորձում է կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումներ ձեռնարկել: Կորոնավիրուսի այն թվերը, որոնք ներկայացվում են, այնպիսի ծայրահեղական չեն, որ նրանք նման սահմանափակումների գնային: Այս հարցում ես որոշակի անհամապատասխանություն եմ տեսնում եմ»,- ասաց պատգամավորը:
Անդրադառնալով Թուրքիայի միջոցով Սիրիայից ու Լիբիայից Ադրբեջան տեղափոխված ահաբեկիչներին, որոնք բերվել են Արցախի դեմ կռվելու համար, Հայրապետյանը նշեց, որ դրանք ևս կարող են բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ ստեղծել Ադրբեջանի ներսում և երկրի իշխանությունները ևս այդտեղ ռիսկեր են տեսնում:
«Իրենք կարող են տեսնել վտանգներ իրենց երկրի կայունությունը խաթարող, դրա համար կարող են կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումներ ձեռնարկել նման սահմանափակումներ մտցնելով: Իրենք վախենալու շատ բան ունեն պատերազմի շրջանակներում այն գործողությունների համատեքստում, որ ձեռնարկել են»,- նշեց Տաթև Հայրապետյանը:
Ադրբեջանում, պաշտոնական տվյալների համաձայն, կորոնավիրուսով վարակվածների թիվը 49 հազար 959 է: Ադրբեջանում մի շարք բնակավայրերում սահմանափակումներ են մտցվել, պաշտոնապես նշվում է, որ պատճառը կորոնավիրուսի համավարակն է:
Սեպտեմբերի 27-ից Ադրբեջանը Թուրքիայի աջակցությամբ պատերազմ է սանձազերծել Արցախի դեմ՝ կիրառելով ողջ զինանոցը, թիրախավորելով անգամ քաղաքացիական բնակչությանը թե Արցախում, թե Հայաստանում: Առկա են հաստատված տեղեկություններ, որ Ադրբեջանի զինուժի կազմում հայկական կողմի դեմ մարտերի մեջ են նաև Սիրիայից Թուրքիայի միջոցով բերված վարձկաններ:
