Արցախի ՊՆ նախկին խոսնակ Սենոր Հասրաթյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրել է, որ Արցախի ողջ տարածքն այլևս մարտադաշտ է: Հրթիռահրետանային և օդային հարվածների տակ են բոլոր բնակավայրերը: Հայ զինվորն օր-օրի սերտելով թշնամու որդեգրած մարտավարության դասերը՝ դառնում է ստեղծված իրադրության տերը, ինչն զգացվում է ինչպես պաշտպանական բոլոր տեղամասերում ընթացող մարտական գործողություններում, այնպես էլ դիվերսիոն խմբերի վնասազերծմանն ուղղված առճակատումներում։

ՀՀ ՊՆ ներկայացուցիչ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանն իր վերջին ասուլիսներից մեկում խոսել է թշնամու այս նոր մարտավարության մասին։ Նա ասել է, որ դիվերսիոն փոքր խմբերով թշնամին ներթափանցում է մերձռազմաճակատային գոտու տարբեր բնակավայրեր և կարողանում խուճապ տարածել։ Շատ հաճախ ընդամենը նկարվելու համար են ներթափանցում, երբեմն բնակավայրերում տներ են այրում, ստեղծում են անկանոն իրավիճակ։ Տեղեկություններ կան նաեւ, որ այդ դիվերսիոն խմբերը կրում են հայկական բանակի հագուստ, որը շփոթության մեջ է գցում հայկական կողմին։

Ալիեւն այսօր նորից հայտարարել է, որ պատրաստ է դադարեցնել կրակը, սակայն պայմանով, որ պահպանվի ներկայիս վիճակը ռազմաճակատում։ Ըստ ամենայնի, նա նկատի ունի նաեւ այն բնակավայրերը, որտեղ հաջողվել է ներթափանցել այդ խմբերին։

Այդ պատճառով, հայկական կողմից կրակի դադարեցման հարցում պայման պետք է լինի ԱԱԾ եւ ոստիկանության ուժերի կողմից Արցախի բնակավայրերում անձնագրային ռեժիմի ստուգումը։ Դիվերսանտները կամ պետք է ոչնչացվեն, կամ հեռանան, այդ խուլիգանական խմբերի գործողությունները հանցագործություն են։

Մի բան, որը վաղուց պետք է արվեր։ Բանակն անում է իր գործն առաջնագծում, ոչնչացնում է թշնամու ամենաժամանակակից զինատեսակները, տեխնիկան եւ ստորաբաժանումներին։ Սակայն բնակավայրերի պաշտպանությունը պետք է կազմակերպվեր ԱԱԾ հատուկ ստորաբաժանումների եւ աշխարհազորի ուժերով։ Հադրութի իրադարձությունները շատ հարցեր են առաջացրել այս առումով։ Ընդհանրապես, հարցեր կան Արցախի իշխանության վիճակի վերաբերյալ, ինչը նույնպես բացասական ազդեցություն է ունեցել ընդհանուր մթնոլորտի վրա։ Այս հարցերին հետագայում առիթ կլինի անդրադառնալ։

Արայիկ Հարությունյանն ու Արցախի ԱԱԾ պետ Կամո Աղաջանյանը ներկայում այցելում են տարբեր տեղամասեր, պետք է հուսալ՝ քայլեր են արվում կազմակերպելու բնակավայրերի ինքնապաշտպանությունը եւ մաքրումը խուլիգանական խմբերից։
