Արտակարգ դեպք՝ Երևանում. կրակոցներ են արձակվել 18-ամյա հղի կնոջ «Chrysler»-ի ուղղությամբ

Հոկտեմբերի 25-ին կրակոցներ են հնչել Երևանում: Ժամը 05:40-ի սահմանում ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժին Միքայելյանի անվան վիրաբուժության ինստիտուտից ահազանգ է ստացվել որ «պոլիտրավմա» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի: Այդ մասին հայտնում է shamshyan.com-ը:
Ըստ աղբյուրի՝ ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ վիրավորը Երևանի բնակիչ, 25-ամյա Կառլեն Ն.-ն է, որը հիվանդանոց է տեղափոխվել Ղափանցյան փողոցի իր տնից:
Մինչ ոստիկանները պարզում էին դեպքի հանգամանքները, ժամը 06:00-ին մեկ այլ բժշկական կենտրոնից հերթական ահազանգն է ստացվել Արաբկիրի ոստիկանություն, որ «ճակատի քերծվածք» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի:
Ոստիկանության օպերատիվ խումբը մեկնել է նշված բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղ պարզել են, որ վիրավորը Երևանի բնակիչ, 18-ամյա Անգելինա Հ.-ն է: Նա ոստիկաններին հայտնել է, որ վնասվածքը ստացել է «Քանաքեռ ԳԷս»-ում:
Մինչ բժիշկները բուժօգնություն էին ցուցաբերում վիրավորներին, ժամը 03:00-ի սահմանում անհայտ մակնիշի և համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայով Ղափանցյան փողոցում փակել են Անգելինա Հ.-ի վարած Chrysler մակնիշի 50 TՏ 900 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայի ճանապարհը, որից հետո անհայտ ավտոմեքենայի միջից ուղևորը դուրս է եկել և ողորկափող որսորդական հրացանով կրակել է Chrysler ավտոմեքենայի վրա, ինչի հետևանքով էլ Կառլեն Ն.-ն ստացել է մարմնական վնասվածքներ:
Արդեն դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ոչ միայն ոստիկանության ծառայողները, այլև Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Արաբկիրի քննչական բաժնի խումբը՝ բաժնի պետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Համլետ Պետրոսյանի, հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչներ Տիգրան Միրզոյանի, Գալուստ Ղազարյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել է 16 մմ տրամաչափի 1 կրակված և 1 չկրակված փամփուշտներ, ավտոմեքենայի մեջ էլ՝ արնանման հետքեր:
Տեղում քննչական աշխատանքները ղեկավարող Գ. Ղազարյանի որոշմամբ ՀՀ քր օր-ի 34-104 հոդվածի (սպանության փորձ) և 235 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:
