Վարչապետի խոսնակը Sputnik Արմենիայի հետ զրույցում մեկնաբանել է Իլհամ Ալիևի` հրադադարի պատրաստակամության մասին հայտարարությունը։

 Ադրբեջանն արդեն երկու անգամ խախտել է հումանիտար հրադադարը, և այդ ֆոնի վրա Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի խոսքերը նման են բառախաղի։ Sputnik Արմենիայի հետ զրույցում նման կարծիք է հայտնել ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մամուլի խոսնակ Մանե Գևորգյանը։
Նշենք, որ Իլհամ Ալիևը Fox News հեռուստաալիքին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է, որ Բաքուն պատրաստ է համաձայնեցնել հրադադարի ռեժիմի պայմանները։ Նրա խոսքով` դրա համար Հայաստանը պետք է հայտարարի, որ հավատարիմ է Միացյալ Նահանգների, Ռուսաստանի և Ֆրանսիայի համատեղ մշակած սկզբունքներին:

«Այո, մենք պատրաստ ենք գնալ հրադադարի և բանակցային գործընթացի։ Հայկական կողմի համար այս պահին առաջնայինը հենց զինադադարն է»,–ասաց Գևորգյանը։

Նա ընդգծեց, որ հայկական կողմը կհավատա Ալիևի մտադրությանը միայն այն ժամանակ, երբ ադրբեջանական կողմը կդադարեցնի կրակը։ Բայց այս ամենը պետք է տեսնել, ըստ էության, ոչ թե միայն խոսքով։

Հիշեցնենք` Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարներ Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանն ու Ջեյհուն Բայրամովը հոկտեմբերի 9–ին Մոսկվա էին մեկնել` խորհրդատվություններ անցկացնելու։ ՌԴ արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի հետ համատեղ հանդիպումը տևեց գրեթե 11 ժամ և ավարտվեց համաձայնագրի ընդունմամբ, որը հակամարտության կարգավորման չորս կետ է պարունակում։

Մասնավորապես, կողմերը պայմանավորվել են, որ հոկտեմբերի 10-ին, ժամը 12։00-ից սկսած հումանիտար նպատակներով հրադադար կհաստատվի ռազմագերիներին, այլ պահվող անձանց և զոհվածների մարմինները փոխանակելու համար՝ Միջազգային Կարմիր խաչի չափանիշներին համապատասխան։ Հրադադարի վերաբերյալ պայմանավորվածությունից հետո Ադրբեջանը շարունակում էր հրետակոծել Արցախը։

Հոկտեմբերի 17-ին ՀՀ արտգործնախարարությունը հայտնեց, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետությունը երկրորդ պայմանավորվածությունն են ձեռք բերել. որոշվել է հոկտեմբերի 18-ին, տեղական ժամանակով ժամը 00:00-ից հաստատել մարդասիրական զինադադար։

Արցախի ՊԲ–ն, սակայն, հոկտեմբերի 18-ի առավոտյան տեղեկացրեց, որ 07:20-ի սահմաններում հրետանային ակտիվ կրակից հետո ադրբեջանական զինուժը հարավային ուղղությամբ անցել է հարձակման: Երկուստեք եղել են զոհեր ու վիրավորներ:

Ադրբեջանը մինչև այսօր էլ խախտում է հրադադարի վերաբերյալ պայմանավորվածությունները։
