«Նուվել դ’Աղմենի» պարբերականը հաղորդում է, որ հոկտեմբերի 24-ից 27-ը խորհրդարանականների՝ 15 հոգուց բաղկացած ֆրանսիական պատվիրակությունը կլինի Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում և Արցախում:Այս մասին հայտնում է Hetq.am-ը:

Այս ճանապարհորդության միջոցով խորհրդարանականները ցանկանում են ահազանգել Արցախում տեղի ունեցող դրամայի մասին և վկայել Հայաստանի հետ Ֆրանսիայի հատուկ կապի մասին, որը պատմական բարեկամության պտուղ է:

«Մեր երկիրը Ռուսաստանի և ԱՄՆ-ի հետ միասին նախագահում է Մինսկի միջնորդական խումբը, որը պետք է լուծում գտնի երկու կովկասյան տարածքների միջև հակամարտության համար: Մենք ունենք մեծ դիվանագիտական և հումանիտար պատասխանատվություն»,- հիշեցրել է պատվիրակության անդամ, պատգամավոր Ֆլորանս Պրովենդիերը:

Հոկտեմբերի 17-ին, ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում հրադադարի մասին երկրորդ հայտարարությունից հետո Ֆրանսիայի նախագահը հայտարարեց, որ «Ֆրանսիան չափազանց հետեւողական կլինի և հանձնառու, որպեսզի ռազմական գործողությունները տևականորեն դադարեն, և շուտափույթ սկսվեն արժանահավատ քննարկումներ»: Այնուամենայնիվ, զինադադարը չհարգվեց. գրոհները շարունակվեցին, այդ թվում՝ խաղաղ բնակավայրերի վրա:

Ֆրանսիայում հայ համայնքը ներկայացնում է ավելի քան 600,000 մարդ:
