Ադրբեջանի ստեղծած արատավոր շրջանը կարող է ճեղքվել Արցախի անկախության միջազգային ճանաչմամբ. Արցախի ԱԳՆ

Արցախի Հանրապետության ԱԳՆ-ն հայտարարություն է տարածել՝ ռազմական գործողությունները դադարեցնելուն ուղղված խաղաղ նախաձեռնությունները խափանելու Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի նպատակային գործողությունների վերաբերյալ:
«Հոկտեմբերի 23-ին՝ ողջ օրվա ընթացքում, ադրբեջանա-թուրքական զինված ուժերը հրթիռային և հրետանային կայանքներից հարվածներ են հասցրել Արցախի Հանրապետության մի շարք բնակավայրերի վրա: Նույն օրը երեկոյան ինտենսիվ հրթիռային հարձակման է ենթարկվել Արցախի մայրաքաղաք Ստեփանակերտը: Արդյունքում վնասվել են քաղաքացիական ենթակառուցվածքներ, խաղաղ բնակիչների շրջանում կան վիրավորներ: Ուշագրավ է այն փաստը, որ Ստեփանակերտի ուղղությամբ հրթիռային հարվածներն իրականացվել են ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Մայքլ Պոմպեոյի և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ու Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարների՝ ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության գոտում հրադադար հաստատելու նպատակով Վաշինգտոնում կայացած առանձին հանդիպումների ավարտից անմիջապես հետո:
Հարվածի ժամի և վայրի ընտրությունը կասկած չի թողնում, որ Ադրբեջանը բացահայտ և ցուցադրաբար սաբոտաժի է ենթարկում միջազգային միջնորդների ջանքերը՝ ուղղված Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ ագրեսիայի դադարեցմանը: Ավելի վաղ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները ձախողել են մարդասիրական հրադադարի մասին պայմանավորվածությունների իրականացումը, որոնք ձեռք են բերվել հոկտեմբերի 10-ին Ռուսաստանի նախագահի, իսկ հոկտեմբերի 17-ին` Ֆրանսիայի նախագահի նախաձեռնությամբ:
Թուրքիայի ռազմաքաղաքական աջակցությունը լիովին վայելող Ադրբեջանի այս հետևողական և նպատակաուղղված գործողությունները վկայում են, որ պատերազմն Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների գիտակցված ընտրությունն է: Հենց այս փաստն է, որ թույլ չի տալիս ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրներին և, ընդհանուր առմամբ, միջազգային հանրությանը՝ առաջընթացի հասնել ռազմական գործողությունները դադարեցնելու և խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացը վերսկսելու փորձերում:
Կրակը դադարեցնելու բանավոր սին խոստումների վերաբերյալ բազմաթիվ հայտարարությունների և միաժամանակ զինված ագրեսիան շարունակելու Ադրբեջանի ստեղծած արատավոր շրջանը կարող է ճեղքվել Արցախի Հանրապետության անկախության միջազգային ճանաչմամբ և Ադրբեջանի դեմ պատժամիջոցների կիրառմամբ, այդ թվում` անհատական բնույթի, այդ երկրի բարձրագույն ղեկավարության դեմ»,- ասված է հայտարարության մեջ:
