«Չորրորդ իշխանություն» թերթը գրում է. «Իշխանությունները «հուշիկ» քայլերով սկսել են նահանջել էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագների բարձրացման դեմ բողոքի ակցիայի մասնակիցների առջեւ: Սա այն բանից հետո, երբ ցուցարարներն արդեն 4-րդ օրն է՝ հրաժարվում են ընդունել Սերժ Սարգսյանի հետ հանդիպման առաջարկը՝ պնդելով, որ իրենք իրենց պահանջն արդեն առաջադրել են եւ սպասում են դրա կատարմանը:

Եւ ահա, Սերժ Սարգսյանը, որ երկօրյա այցով մեկնել է Բրյուսել, հրահանգել է կառավարությանն իրավիճակից դուրս գալու ելքեր  փնտրել: Եվ ահա երեկ հանդիպում է տեղի ունեցել վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի եւ ՀԾԿՀ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Նազարյանի միջեւ: Ճիշտ է, հետո Ռոբերտ Նազարյանը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասել է, թե «Նախապես պլանավորված քննարկում էր լրիվ այլ թեմայով, այլ գերատեսչությունների եւս մարդիկ կային, հոսանքի գնից չենք խոսել»: Բայց հասկանալի է, այս արդարացումները, մեղմ ասած, հեռու են ճշմարտությունից:

Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Նազարյանը ասել է, թե որոշման չեղարկում կարող է լինել միայն մի դեպքում՝, եթե հանձնաժողովն ստանա որեւէ պաշտոնական գրություն՝ մատնանշելով աղբյուրը այն գումարի, որի չափով սակագինը վերանայվել է:

Չի բացառվում, որ որպես լուծում իշխանությունները որոշեն առաջիկայում փոխել ՀԷՑ սեփականատիրոջը: Ի դեպ, այդ մասին դեռ մայիսին ակնարկել էր կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար-նախարար Դավիթ Հարությունյանը»:
