Այսօր տեղի է ունեցել «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության քաղաքական խորհրդի նիստ, որը վարել է ԲՀԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը: Քննարկվել է ստեղծված պատերազմական ծանր իրավիճակը, կարևորվել է օր առաջ հումանիտար այս աղետը կանգնեցնելու հրամայականը և նախանշվել են առաջիկա օպերատիվ քայլերը: ԲՀԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն իր ելույթում մասնավորապես նշել է.
«Սիրելի’ հայրենակիցներ, կուսակից ընկերներ, հարգելի՛ գործընկերներ.
Անազատության մեջ գտնվելու օրերի ընթացքում չի եղել գեթ մեկ վայրկյան, որ ես չմտածեմ ու չանհանգստանամ Արցախի և Հայաստանի անվտանգության, մեր զինվորների կյանքի համար: Թուրք-ադրբեջանական ահաբեկչական տանդեմի կողմից սանձազերծված պատերազմին դիմակայելու և թշնամուն արժանի հակահարված տալու համար այսօր անհրաժեշտ է մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրի ակտիվ մասնակցությունը:
Օրհասական այս իրավիճակում բոլոր տարակարծություններն ու անհամաձայնությունները մի կողմ դնելու և Արցախ-Հայաստան-Սփյուռք մեկ բռունցք դարձած պայքարը շարունակելու ժամանակն է: Ամեն կորցրած վայրկյանի համար մենք չափազանց թանկ գին ենք վճարում: Ես անասելի ցավ եմ ապրում յուրաքանչյուր զինվորի ու կամավորականի թափած արյան ամեն մի կաթիլի համար: Ցավակցություններս ու խոնարհումս մարտի դաշտում հայրենիքի պաշտպանության համար զոհված մեր բոլոր հայորդիների ընտանիքներին ու հարազատներին: Փա՛ռք ու պատի՛վ նրանց:
Թեպետ պատերազմի առաջին իսկ օրերից «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խորհրդարանական խմբակցության մի շարք պատգամավորներ, տարածքային կառույցների պատասխանատուներ, հարյուրավոր կուսակցականներ եղել և այս պահին էլ առաջնագծում են, բայց այսօր անհրաժեշտ է բոլորիս համախմբումը: Կոչ եմ անում «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության բոլոր անդամներին, մարզային կառույցների ներկայացուցիչներին կամավորագրվել կուսակցության կողմից ձևավորվող ջոկատին: Ես անձամբ եմ առաջնորդելու ԲՀԿ կամավորականների ջոկատը և իմ բոլոր ռեսուրսներով ու հնարավորություններով շարունակելու եմ լինել հայ զինվորի կողքին: Այսօր հայրենիքն ունի մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրի կարիքը: Հայաստանի, Արցախի և Սփյուռքի բոլոր ուժերի մեկտեղմամբ է միայն հնարավոր հաղթել: Մենք կորցնելու և որևէ մեկին տալու հայրենիք չունենք: Արցախը երբեք չի՛ լինելու Ադրբեջանի կազմում և դա անբեկանելի ճշմարտություն է:
