Ինչու են թանկացել ձեթն ու շաքարավազը. ՏՄՊՊՀ-ն 31 անուն ապրանքների ամենօրյա մշտադիտարկումներ է սկսել

Հաշվի առնելով հայտարարված ռազմական դրության ժամանակ լայն սպառման ապրանքների (պարենային և ոչ պարենային) իրացման պայմանների՝ ներառյալ գների, ինչպես նաև դրանց պաշարների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվության հավաքագրման, վերլուծության և գնահատման անհրաժեշտությունը` ՀՀ տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության պետական հանձնաժողովում ստեղծվել է աշխատանքային խմբեր, որոնք աշխատում են 24-ժամյա ռեժիմով և իրականացնում են շուրջ 31 ապրանքային խմբերի մշտադիտարկում (շուրջ 94 ապրանքատեսակ)։
ՏՄՊՊՀ-ի տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ նաեւ ասվում է.
«Ստեղծված աշխատանքային խմբերը, բացի տվյալ ապրանքների խոշոր մատակարարների և խոշոր առևտրային ցանցերի շրջանակներում մշտադիտարկումներ իրականացնելուց, ուսումնասիրում են նաև թեժ գծով, լրատվամիջոցներով և սոցիալական ցանցերով ստացված բողոքները և դրանցում տնտեսական մրցակցությանն առնչվող խնդրահարույց երևույթների մասին վկայող հանգամանքների առկայության դեպքում Հանձնաժողովն իրականացնում է համապատասխան վերլուծություններ և ապահովում դրանց ընթացքն օրենքով սահմանված կարգով։
Վերոնշյալ ապրանքների թվին են դասվում շաքարավազը, ալյուրը, ձեթը, կարագը, որոնց որոշ առևտրային ցանցերում արձանագրված գնային բարձրացումների հիման վրա Հանձնաժողովն արդեն իսկ իրականացնում է ուսումնասիրություններ և համապատասխան գրություններով դիմել է տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտներին՝ գնային բարձրացումների հիմնավորումների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն ստանալու նպատակով։
Մասնավորապես, Հանձաժողովի կողմից իրականացված դիտանցումների արդյունքում արձանագրվել է, որ կիլոգրամով վաճառվող շարքավազի գինը հոկտեմբերի 22-ի դրությամբ կազմել է 328 դրամ/կգ, կարագինը՝ 3500-4130 դրամ/կգ (կախված ապրանքանիշից), արևածաղկի ձեթինը՝ 740-790 դրամ/լիտր (կախված ապրանքանիշից), ալյուրինը՝ 245 -285 դրամ/կգ։
Միաժամանակ Հանձնաժողովի կողմից ընթացիկ իրականացված ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ բարձրացել են նաև վերոնշյալ ապրանքների կամ դրանց արտադրության համար անհրաժեշտ հումքի ձեռքբերման գները, ինչպես նաև իրացման գներն այն երկրներում, որտեղից առավելապես ներկրվում են այդ ապրանքները։ Գնային տատանումները որոշ ապրանքների մասով կարող են հանդիսանալ նաև վերջին ժամանակահատվածում արտարժույթի տատանումների հետևանք։
Հարկ ենք համարում ընդգծել, որ Հանձնաժողովը գնային քաղաքականության կարգավորման գործառույթ չի իրականացնում և վերահսկողություն է իրականացնում տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտների գնային քաղաքականության նկատմամբ միայն այն պարագայում, երբ առկա են հնարավոր գերիշխող դիրքի չարաշահման կամ հակամրցակցային համաձայնության դրսևորման երևույթներ։
Առավել մանրամասն ներկայացնում ենք «Երևան Սիթի» և «Նոր-Զովք» առևտրի կետերում շաքարավազի, կարագի, ձեթի, ալյուրի գները՝ հոկտեմբերի 9-ից մինչև հոկտեմբերի 22-ը ներառյալ:
Ավելի վաղ մամուլում հրապարակումներ են եղել, որ ձեթն ու շաքարավազը վերջին օրերին կտրուկ թանկացել են. մասնավորապես, շաքարավազի գինը 260-270 դրամից դարձել է 350 դրամ, իսկ ձեթինը՝ 560-570 դրամից դարձել է 780-820 դրամ:
