Թուրքիայի պաշտպանության նախարար Աքարը հայտարարել է, որ Անկարան C 400 ռուսական ՀՕՊ համակարգերը չեն միաձուլելու ՆԱՏՕ հակաօդային պաշտպանության համակարգին: Աքարը հայտարարել է, որ պատրաստ են քննարկել ամերիկյան Պատրիոտ զենիթային կայանների ձեռքբերման հետ կապված հարցեր:

Թուրքիան օրերս կատարեց C 400-ի առաջին փորձարկումը, որն ըստ ռուսաստանյան փորձագետների, անցել է անհաջող: Ռուսաստանյան համացանցում արձանագրվել էր, որ Անկարայի փորձարկումներում պատկերված էր հրթիռի արձակում, սակայն չկային թիրախի խոցման պատկերներ: Թուրքիան փորձարկումների համար հրաժարվել էր ռուսաստանցի մասնագետներից:

Արդյոք անհաջող փորձարկումներն են պատճառը, որ Անկարան խոսել է պատրիոտներ ձեռք բերելու պատրաստակամության մասին, թե՞ կան խորքային պատճառներ:

C 400 համակարգերի շուրջ ռուս-թուրքական գործարքը Անկարային լրջորեն հակադրեց ՆԱՏՕ դաշնակիցների, այդ թվում ԱՄՆ հետ: Անկարան զրկվեց ամերիկյան հինգերորդ սերնդի նորագույն կործանիչների՝ F 35-երի ձեռքբերման ծրագրից:

Ռուսաստանն իր հերթին հույս ուներ, որ Անկարային այդպիսով կկտրի ՆԱՏՕ-ից եւ կբերի ռազմավարական գործակցության նոր դաշտ, այդ թվում ՆԱՏՕ-ի դեմ: Սակայն ստացվեց այն, որ C 400-ը վաճառվեց, եւ Անկարան ունի ռուսական հակաօդային պաշտպանության համակարգ, որը կարող է ընդհուպ կիրառել նույն Ռուսաստանի դեմ՝ օրինակ Ղրիմում, որի վերաբերյալ հավակնությունն Էրդողանն արդեն սկսել է ակնարկել:

Թուրքիան շարունակում է մնալ ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ: Միեւնույն ժամանակ, Անկարան կորցրեց F 35-ի ծրագիրը, եւ դժվար է ասել, թե որն է ավելի մեծ՝ C 400-ի ձեռքբերումը, թե՞ F 35-ի կորուստը:

Ինչ է ստացվում, Անկարան վրիպե՞ց, բառի բուն եւ պատկերավոր իմաստով, ու այժմ փորձում է Պատրիոտի միջոցով գտնել Արեւմուտքի հետ հարաբերության վերականգնման եզրեր: Թե՞ այստեղ ավելի խորքային պատճառներն ընկած են Կովկասում Թուրքիայի հրահրած ահաբեկչական պատերազմում, որը պատերազմ է նաեւ Ռուսաստանի դեմ: Մեծ հաշվով, Ռուսաստանի համար կենսական տարածքում նետված ռազմա-քաղաքական մարտահրավերում թե Մոսկվայի, թե Անկարայի համար վճռորոշ է լինելու նաեւ ԱՄՆ դիրքավորումը:
