Որպես Հայաստան-Եգիպտոս միջխորհրդարանական բարեկամության խմբի նախագահ, քիչ առաջ հանդիպեցի Հայաստանում Եգիպտոսի արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպան Բահաա Էլ Դին Բահգատ Դիսուկի հետ։

 

Կրկին անգամ դեսպանին ներկայացրեցի ադրբեջանա-թրքական տանդեմի սանձազերծած պատերազմի հումանիտար ատեղը, ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ Թուրքիայի եւ միջազգային ահաբեկչական խմբավորումների ուղղակի մասնակցությունն այս աղետալի պատերազմին, ինչպես նաեւ՝ Թուրքիայի փոխնախագահի երեկ արված հայտարարությունը, թե Թուրքիան պատրաստ է զինուժ ուղարկել Ադրբեջան, այսինքն՝ անմիջականորեն ներգրավվել պատերազմական գործողություններին։

 

Իսկ դա նշանակում է, որ Ադրբեջանում փաստացի տեղակայվելու են ՆԱՏՕ-ի զորքերը։

 

Ներկայացրեցի բոլոր այն միջազգային կոնվենցիաները, որոնք կոպտորեն խախտել է ադրբեջանա-թրքական տանդեմը՝ թիրախ դարձնելով թե՛ քաղաքացիական բնակավայրերը, թե՛ քաղաքացիական անձանց՝ երեխաների, կանանց, տարեցների եւ թե՛ միջազգային կոնվենցիաներով արգելված զինատեսակների օգտագործման փաստերը։

 

Փոխանցեցի նաեւ հայ ռազմագերիների հանդեպ Ադրբեջանի կատարած վայրագությունները, ինչը փաստում է այդ տանդեմի կատարած ռազմական հանցագործությունները։

 

Մտահոգությունս հստակ էր՝ եթե միջազային հանրությունը շարունակի իր անորոշ դիտորդական կեցվածքը, այս պատերազմը կարող է վերածվել աղետալի տարածաշրջանային կոնֆլիկտի։
